I just made my 1st appt with Dr. Ward. If my appointment goes as well as making it did I'll be a very happy camper. Right now I'm very disappointed with my primary so I'm changing. Cheers to Emily that I spole to at Dr. Wards office. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She answered many questions for me and cleared up some things for me.

Amazing doctor my family has been seeing doctor ward for last 10 years he is always concerned about our health and gives the best care possible our family has switched to his office in bonifay and the atmosphere there is pleasant if you deside to see doctor ward in bonifay Florida you also will be very happy you did. It is nice to have a doctor in town that really cares about his paitients and makes your health his number 1 priority

the staff who work there are very very very rude and unprofessional. Most of the time Dr.Ward is not in the office. So, the staff misbehave. Dr.Ward is the father and the kids show out when he is not there. Getting refills is a joke. They keep you on hold way too long. The wait to see the doctor is 1 hour or more, even though you have an appointment.

The place is dirty, we sat here an hour and a half past our appointment time, and still haven't been seen. I made the appointment a week ago! I have the best insurance in the country... I don't HAVE to go here, and we certainly never will again! Military families deserve better treatment!

This Dr. is rude and sarcastic know it all and don't. He diagnosed me wrong. wanted to put me on drugs I didn't need. Waited over an hour to even get in to him. He never asked for a follow up visit.

Dr. WARD IS GOOD...HIS BACK STAFF IS AN ABOMINATION. FRONT DESK DOES THE BEST THEY CAN. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU YOUR RECORDS. a whole new set in the back.

Is always available, takes away from any personal time he may have to make time for our family. Informative, educates on causes of symptoms, any diagnosis and answers ALL questions. Takes time and doesn't "rush" through the visit. Never re-scheduled or ignored any questions, even if I had to leave a message, he ALWAYS promptly responds. Professional and personal. Our family "loves" "Doc"!
