I gave been a patient if Dr. Villacastin's since 2012. I have been trying to receive treatment for my left hand since October 2021. Dr. Villacastin continues to refer me to specialists who have nothing to do with my medical problem. I like Dr. Villacastin but am losing patience.

Called 5 times yesterday. Every time put on hold for about 15 minutes. Then get disconnected. I need to make an appointment and need my meds refilled.

I received a called today from Suncoast primary Care regarding my insurance changing by PCP. They wanted me to call and have my PCP changed back to Dr. Villacastin. I told them I didn't want to call them because my insurance company's call center customer service is 3rd party and their is a language barrier, but I did update it online, but they still wanted me to call to confirm. I'm sure I seemed frustrated with the person from Suncoast Primary Care on the phone, but hanging up on someone is the worst thing to you can do in communications. This just causing the caller to become frustrated and call back more upset then before. These "Receptionists" and "Case Managers" Should really receive proper customer service training. Suncoast Primary Care has no professionalism whatsoever. They lack the fundamentals of proper customer service, which is the most important part of any job, career, and anything you are being paid to interact with people. Not only was I hung up once, but 3 times,

I love my health care family, Dr Alexander villicastin and his beautiful wife Sheila plus Dr alstar come have never let me down. They have always taken great care of me and my family. I have tried to reach Dr. Alex Villacastin’s office for the past 12 days. All last week I’d be put on hold for 10 minutes, then be disconnected. This week I called 7 times and was put on hold anywhere from 1/2 hour to 59 minutes. Have they gone out of business because they can’t get front desk help???

I called to make an new patient appointment and was put on hold 5 times and each times I waited for 15 minutes or more and no one returned. I called another day and they started again to immediately place me on hold. They ask you to hold but not give you a chance to say whether you can. That’s not good customer service.
