Asked them four times what my bill would be, they had all of the information required. After the surgery, they presented me with a bill more than 40% higher than quoted. Called to find out what happened, they never called back. Not to mention, they weren't on any insurance yet, so several thousand dollars not showing up against deductible or max out of pocket. The doctor that performed the surgery from what they told me is a partner/owner...paid him upfront, only to get a bigger bill after the fact with no explanation. This is unacceptable in any industry.

Absolutely the best place I have ever been in when it comes to a surgical center or hospital surgical unit (I have had close to a dozen procedures in the past).The place is clean, the nursing staff reassuring and personable, the anesthesiologist was top notch and with great people skills, and Carrie Shulman MD was amazing. I was called by the staff and the Dr at each step my spouse was going through for a neck surgery, making me feel assured he was in good hands. The net result was a well done surgical procedure and a happy patient and a very relieved spouse, we could not be happier. Kudos!
