I don’t believe I’ve ever met a doctor that goes so deeply into trying to figure some thing out for me. He is not in the field that I most likely am going to need possibly one of his office mates will be. I will certainly give it a try because I’m so impressed.

Spent a whole 5 minutes saying that I don’t have PD after being treated since 2016 by 2 other neurologist. What a joke

Was referred to this dr my by dysautonomia group. I have been having CCI issues and flow issues my geneticist wanted me to get established with a Dr who had this as his speciality. I waited months for this appointment. The day I get there he refuses to talk about my possible CCI issues and just kept talking about my migraines which are under control. I ket bringing the issues up I was having and he would just stare at me and then start talking about the migraines again. Needless to say it was a waste of time and waiting four months for nothing. I have since found someone to help and go figure I am having CCI issues.......

Waited for my appointment for several months. Then I get a call one week before telling me they are canceling my appointment because they dont take my insurance. Every other professional Ive dealt with in this situation asks to check the insurance with me or if I have another type of insurance. This office simply cancelled my appointment on a voice mail. So I called back to ask if they could check my insurance again. Receptionist was very unsympathetic. I told them that my insurance verbally told me they are accepted by her office and that the website lists them right now. She said that they are in network with the company but not my specific plan. I told her that I had to give my specific plan info on the website in order to get the list of innetwork doctors. She said that I need to call the insurance company about that. Wow really? I own my own business and I would view it as MY responsibility if Google Business or any other site was giving misinformation about my company. I want my customers to be happy. I dont want people to be misinformed and get frustrated with my company even if it wouldnt be our fault. This is very poor business practice to let a patient wait for months then cancel without any discussion or sympathy. People waiting for these appointments most likely have serious issues they are dealing with on a daily basis. Now I have to sign up with someone else and wait months for help. Very disappointing.

Saw this Doctor after my husbands stroke. Seemed nice. My husband had an incident where he needed to be hospitalized October 6 2020. I called to get an appointment but they could not see him until early December. Finally after 3 calls to see if he could get in earlier his Assistant Marian Finehirsh called me back on October 9 2020 took my information and said she would call me back on October 12. She did not. I called back on the 13th still nothing. Spoke with Tammy. We are seeing a new Neurologist. Very unprofessional when this happens

Great experience with Dr. Arora. Took his time and didnt brush off my concerns.

The doctor has total disregard for the patients well being and this is what I gathered from just waiting to see the doctor once I arrived at his office for my scheduled appointment. I had a July 12020 340 pm appointment and arrived at the office at 325 pm as requested. I filled out some paperwork and sat in the waiting room till approximately 405 pm which is a normal wait to see a doctor when I was ushered to a back room and told to have a seat and wait for the doctor. Also normal. I asked the lady who showed me there how long I could expect to wait before the doctor would see me and was told that he was with a patient and had one more patient ahead of me. That didnt answer my question of how long the wait would be but I let it go at that commenting sort of tongue and cheek if it gets to long I may not be here when he gets to me. I also asked that lady to tell me when he get to the one patient in front of me so I at least had an idea of how long I may have to wait. Well at 5 pm and it now being 1 hour and 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment and being in that room for about 1 hour and no one even coming to the room to update me or see how I was doing I walked out to the reception area to ask what was going on. The lady who checked me in walked to the back with me I waited by the room I was sitting in while she went around the corner. A minute latter she returned said the doctor was still with the first patient and there was still that one patient ahead of me. I was really taken back by the fact that the doctor was with one patient for well over an hour for what I would assume was a consultation as no procedures are performed at that office. Anyway I said so it could be another hour or more before he gets to me which she replied yes but wasnt sure. That would mean I would have been waiting 2 12 to 3 hours to see this doctor. Absolutely ridiculous Im 73 years old and never had to wait more than 45 minutes to see a doctor. I then did what I said but never expected to have to do and told her Im leaving. She replied that no one ever left because they want to see the doctor. That told me right away this is normal treatment of the patients at his office and the doctor doesnt care how long he keeps a patient waiting. There is no excuse for booking patients where he gets so backed up to be 3 hours behind. Just shows in my opinion he is only interested in ringing up the cash register and not the patients well being. If this is how he treats patients just to see him I can only imagine the uncaring treatment if he actually preforms a procedure on you.

Update 117 Pablo was able to get things straightened out when my meds were denied because I was a little past my yearly appt. Hes a very personable and helpful person 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to himI have always been happy with my care with both Dr. Arora and Dr. Lopez. Never had a long wait and nurses are friendly. Having had a brain aneurysm coiled in 2010 I have to go yearly for checkups and every two years got a MRA. I would definitely recommend either of the doctors for any type of neurological problems or if you need an interventional radiologist.

Dr. Arora seemed professional and seemed to care about our financial situation at the appointment by stating that he would provide MRI results over the phone however his Med Asst. does not return calls EVER and it has been over 3 weeks since he received the MRI results but he has not reviewed it yet and we are being told he still may not look at it this week He does not shake hands or make you feel very comfortable. Overall unprofessional and extremely poor response time.

Dr. Arora takes the time to listen to you. We had to adjust my meds multiple times to arrive at the right combination due to my condition. He always made sure that I was comfortable calling with any issues or concerns. I am an important person who happens to be one of his patients.
