While I have no problem with Dr. Weiss, his nurse leaves much to be desired. Upon finding I had a serious brain issue, I called Brenda for a referral to a surgeon or endocrinologist. After waiting a few days, I called back and left another message. She called back next day to tell me she left the note on Doc’s desk but she didn’t have any referral yet. She called back more than a week later and had given the wrong info to Doc for the referral. Worse, she didn’t seem to care. I thought Dr. Weiss was amazing, and took all the time needed with me and answered all my questions. However, I can’t recommend his practice due to the poor attitude and lack of concern from his nurse.
