I have been seeing Dr. Malone for a couple of months. My first impression of him was that he was very professional, likeable, informed, and took his time to hear my issues. He addressed all of my health concerns meticulously. He was very straightforward and explained my options in detail. Therefore, my initial impression of him has not wavered and remain unchanged. He is exactly what I was searching for in a physician. I would highly recommend him without a second thought.

Dr. Malone is very professional, polite, and highly intelligent. I always felt I was in good hands especially when it was time to have a my eardrum reconstructed due to a perforation. He did an amazing job. His medical assistant Stephanie is also very reliable, smart and friendly.

Finally a doctor who tries to help you.For the first time in my life - I am living with managed symptoms.

Dr. Malone is fantastic. I was very nervous about a numb that surfaced in my neck and he instantly made me feel at ease and had a hyper sense of urgency to get the correct testing and procedures done within days. He removed the cyst and all was clear within a 3 day window of our first visit. I would definitely recommend!

Staff was really friendly and helpful. My GPS had me driving in circles I was really stressed about being late, so I called and the lady on the phone was able to help me find the place. I bought my 2 year old to see Dr. Malone, he was very good with speaking to her and observing her ears . Very pleasant experience.

I just had my tonsils removed by him and I’ll forever be grateful. This should have been done when I was a child but I had to do it now at 20 years old. I went to 3 ENTs who basically just told me to deal with it. I went to Dr. Malone and he said he’d do it. He worked with my schedule and was very reassuring about the procedure, I felt comfortable with him 100% of the way. After the procedure was finished he himself went out to tell my mother it went well, this kind of thing is often done by nurses so I was grateful for that. Then I had a few small common issues with healing so I would call the office with questions, both times Dr. Malone called me back himself to make sure I was doing well and felt that allh my questions would be properly answered! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!

I saw Dr. Malone on 7/25/19 and was very impressed with him. He was very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and took his time to listen to my issues. He addressed all my concerns thoroughly. He was very candid and explained my options in detail. He was exactly what I was looking for in a doctor. I felt 100% better after my visit with him. He was excellent. I would highly recommend him. I have been in the medical field my entire working life and I have seen the best and the worst of various medical practices. This doctor is among the best.

My visit with Dr. Malone ended up requiring surgery for my sinuses and deviated septum. Dr. Malone was very patient with me and allowed me the time to ask questions so I would feel comfortable about this surgery. The surgery went well and his bed side manner was excellent. I would recommend him for any future ENT needs.

My initial visits to Dr. Malone were fine. I had chronic sinusitis. The first doctor who was also at Florida ENT said I didn't need surgery. He prescribed me antibiotics, but after 4 to 5 weeks I still had the problem. Dr. Malone suggested a Balloon Sinus Sinuplasty. He didn't go over any risks with this procedure and from what I could tell it was generally safe. But after having it, I had a lot pain. He says he though it was an infection, but it turned out to be a damaged nerve. I have been in constant pain and on pain medication since. There's isn't much they can do. It may not have been his fault, but I think this procedure has more risk then they tell patients. I would advise anyone before having this done to go to another doctor for a second opinion. I should have taken the advice from the first doctor and not have had it done. I would have been much happier.

I recently saw Mr Malone and had a ct scan done to look at a mass in my neck. He is polite but not very thorough. After a few minutes of quickly scanning through the disc he said he saw nothing of concern. The scan showed nothing even though he could feel it was there. Instead of trying to come up with a game plan to find out what it is he gave me the name and number for me to get a second opinion with someone else. He also gave me back their copy of the disc. He didn’t even keep it to look over to see if there was something he missed. Now I have to see yet another Dr to find out what this is.
