Mr. Chapman was good to my mother for many years.

I miss you Alfred your a good man. Hope you are well.

Mr. Chapman is no longer a Dr. He was arrested for practicing without a license, trafficking and possession of 3 types of narcotics and obtaining prescriptions by fraud. He was writing prescriptions using another Dr.'s rx pad using names of previous patients of his including some that are dead and some that have moved out of the country. He actually used to be a great physician and man. He let the drug devil get into his brain and destroyed his life along with many patients that trusted and relied on him.

Dr. Chapman is a very good doctor. He has a lot of knowledge in different diseases. Not just pain management. He was the first Dr. in the 15yrs of having back and hip pain. He diagnois it as being my sacriallic joints. When all other Dr.'s could not figure out the issue Dr. Chapman did and was right. I have other issues in which he treated my back with injections that work quite well along with knee issues. I have seen a couple other Dr.'s in the past for these issues but Dr. Chapman made it possible for me to live a functional life again. I'm grateful for all he has done for me. He has so much knowledge in so many areas. Thank You Dr. Chapman.

Dr Chapman truly cares how you are. My first appointment was kept on time in which he spent two hours reviewing my MRI's with me, a true examination to isolate and take care of each problem at a time. ( no double booking to prevent loss of money on any cancellationS like my new doctor that steps in for two minutes to say hello sign off paperwork that he saw you & slide out. Dr. Chapman should be honored as a man who believes in the Hypocratic Oath.

Dr chapman will always make sure if you are a patient of his, you are taken care of!!!

I have been a patient of Dr.Chap man's for over 6 years, He is a god send. He always relieves my pain and keeps it manageable so I can get on with my life. He is kind and truly cares about me. And for that I am truly grateful.

When I first went to him I did not expect much. Even tho I had been hit by a car @ 70 mph,crushing 3 vertebre,which led 2 two H,discs...I for 6 years turned down Pain meds. Finally I boke down and was put (by other docs) every pain pill on the block.They made me into a zombe. I went, to 3 Neurosurgeons all said we cant do fusion,stick pain meds. I went in to detox and went through living heck to get off the crud ,then lay in a bed 4 a year until I was recommended to Dr. C! I expected nothing and got the best pain management Drs. in the state. Not only did he address the pain i n my spine-but also the pain inflicted on me by other docs (like I was sa bad person),and even more by the Pharmasists (you take WHAT). Today I live in mild pain-Dr.C knows that more is not always the answer and the pain we know covers the pain inflicted on us. SO please,if you are suffering,stop it and make an appt. with Dr. Chapman. Yes sometimes he is a bit of a wait,but you "get it" with the time he takes w/you.

I have been under the care of DR Chapman since I moved to Florida in 2010 and it has been the Doctors experience I have ever had. The staff is always smiling and willing to help with anything and everything. I'm so blessed to have met DR Chapman and hope he keeps his practice going for many decades to come

I could tell on my first visit, this is a real doctor. The very first doctor who actually sat and listened to me. All other doctors spoke in a manner of being superior in intelligence. Doctor Chapman talks to you, not at you. He has given me a qulaity of life I haven't had in many years. THANKS Doc for caring!
