Arrogant and wants to be unquestioned and treated like God. Does not listen and gives knee jerk decision. Fired her at the first appointment. I would negative stars if I could

I was given a vaccine price and it cost me twice that. They would not listen to me and they were quite dismissive... No thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for April 19th got there and they told me it was for the 26th. I wrote it down in my calendar right as I was on the phone with them so I know it was their mistake not mine but these things happen whatever. I could not get the 26th off from work so I called and rescheduled for today May 5th. Called just now to confirm before getting in the car and guess what?? I dont have an appointment booked That is TWICE. TWO whole days of paid time off wasted to sit here because of a SUPER incompetent staff. I dont even KNOW if I like this doctor because her staff sucks so badly I have never met her I am a teacher and I had to jump through HUGE hoops to get the day off for this appointment including using the last of my PTO. SUPER irritated Will not try again

I have been Dr. Ana Mays patient for years now. I love her new Medical Assistant. Maritza? Dr. May listens to my needs and concerns. I find her advice very welcoming and not overwhelming. I am very glad to have a dedicated physician for my family. My kids who now are adults... are her patients too. They just love her

I really love Dr. May. She is very caring and thorough and so is her staff. I have been going to her for the past 8 years. I highly recommend her.

I have trusted my primary care to Dr. May for over a decade and my daughter who is now a young adult has her as her primary doctor. Dr. May is relatable caring and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone if they want an excellent doctor

I have been Dr May for 2 years. Her assistant Tiki is extremely rude. I thought that maybe it’s just me however my daughter was with me on my last visit. When she left the room my daughter said “she is very rude”. I have been thinking about changing Doctors because of her.

Its quite unfortunate that I am writing this review today but this morning was uncomfortable to say the least. After Dr. Mays assistant Kiki gave me an appointment which she forgot about or completely dismissed. I called to complain and Kiki proceeded to tell me she NEVER told me the date and time that she gave me... I asked when the doctor could see me again and she said it would be another two months until I could see her. I told her I had a lump on my breast that was hurting and it was sad that they couldnt fit me in Ive been a patient of hers since I was 15 I am now 27. I also told her that my whole family goes to see Dr. May and that she was leaving me with very littlenot the most pleasant things to say. I also told her I would be parting ways. Next thing I know I received a call from Brittney giving me an appointment for the next day today. When I show up to the consultation I noticed. Dr May was pretty cold with me not her usual behavior and then she asked me can I tell you something and then proceeded to tell me she doesnt like being threatened she said Kiki told her my family would be parting ways with her. I was in shock and told her my side of the story. Then she asked me if she could bring her in so she could see who was lying. I told her she could I have nothing to hide. Moral of the story I live with my parents and of course I will be sharing this information with my family. I wasnt threatening her or her assistant I did let her know that I would share. I cant convince anyone to stay or leave but I will only speak for myself I will not be returning. At a vulnerable time like this where I am concerned about my health the last thing I need is my doctor who is seeing me shirtless make me feel uncomfortable and even more vulnerable than when I walked in.

Dr. May and her staff are very caring and give excellent help to their patients.

Wouldn’t recommend. Doctor was awful and her staff was even worse. Kiki is one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered in person and on the phone. While waiting for an appointment I watched her bad mouth other patients to the front desk staff. Anytime you contact her with questions or concerns she is rude dismissive and just nasty. The doctor has a superiority complex and is unprofessional. My advice is to stay far far away.
