Anmarie Moore's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Moore spent a lot of time with me in our first appointment. I was delighted to have finally found a GE who was mindful of my issues. She made some excellent recommendations. Just relieved to have a doc who doesn’t whisk me out the door. Dr. Moore is a keeper.

She takes her time getting into the room. When I am her first patient of the day, I can hear her talking to her staff, joking around for a long period of time. Then it takes her a long time after that to come in the room. I can sit there for up to an hour before I see her. I have also been asking for two years for the money I am owed for a visit I had I July of 2020. I am thinking of finding a new doctor. Also her staff is rude and you can never win an argument, even when you are correct.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Anmarie Moore and her team. She is empathetic, proactive, knowledgeable, caring, great surgical skill, thorough and takes time to talk to patients - she cares!! I have had a gastro for many years due to having Lynch syndrome and prior stage 3 colon cancer. Prior gastro recommended I have colonoscopies every 3 years and dismissed me when I complained of severe cramping and blood in my stool. So I decided to call Dr. Moore's office to see what their thoughts were. They expedited my appointment and colonoscopy due to my symptoms and thank goodness they did. She found several issues that if gone unchecked for the next 1.5 years would have been catastrophic. I so appreciate Dr. Moore and am a forever patient!

Hi, my name is Jennifer Jones and I was admitted to Morton Plant Hospital, for SEVERE ABDOMINAL PAIN, recently. I was SOOO scared, as I had neglected my abdominal, pains, for over a year, not having procedures done, because I have ALOT of serious, diagnosis and made an appointment with a G. I. Doctor, last year by the name of Dr. Botempest, who had a horrible, bedside, manner, per day, when I went to his office say,the first time I met him, so I bypassed, an EGD and Colonoscopy, I knew I needed, that he was going to schedule. I KNEW, I NEEDED a HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, yet VERY CARING, G.I.,,doctor. Well, it took MANY SERIOUS INCIDENTS, that brought me to Morton Plant and brought Dr. Moore, into my life. She is very smart and jumped on the problems, quickly. She did a test, where I ate an egg sandwich and over many hours had to go back and see how it was digesting and the outcome, was very poor. My stomach had only digested 5%, of that sandwich, over many hours!!! Knowing my body and being a stubborn, disabled, nurse, who neglected her stomach, Dr. Moore, did not hesitate to do an EGD and other tests to come. I’m scared, of how bad I let my stomach go, as my lymph nodes ALL OVER MY BODY, are very swollen and my stomach is churning, as we speak, but, am SOOO relieved that Dr.Moore, is MY G. I. DOCTOR!!! I have NO DOUBT that cancer is not, involved with my stomach and has spread, as it runs in my family and I let my stomach problems go to pot, for well over a year, now. My neurologist is concerned about my lymph nodes and my stomach being in pain and I have a wonderful doctor in her, as well and my other specialists are worried about my stomach blowing up, as well as my feet like small nerf, footballs, then go away. Well, I found a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, beautiful person and G. I. doctor in Dr. Moore and if I walk down a difficult road, with this stomach or cancer, I am glad that she is on my side!!! I KNOW THAT GOD PUT HER IN MY LIFE, TO HELP ME WITH DÈTAILS AND TREAT ME WITH LOVE AND DIGNITY!!! AND SHE WAS CONCERNED ENOUGH AND JUSTLY SO, AFTER GETTING IN THERE AND LOOKING AT IT, VIA EGD, IN A SATURDAY!!!!!!! I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOUR PATIENT, for a long time , Dr. Moore!!!!??????

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's for about 4 years now. Recently called the office to schedule an appointment. However, it is has been impossible because no one ever answers the phone. A recording asks that you leave a message and someone will return your call within 24 hours. I have been calling once a week for the last 4 weeks, and have yet to have anyone answer the phone or receive a return phone call. I will be looking for a new doctor.

I had a procedure done back in July 2018 because all my symptoms we're leaning towards cancer. Lumps in my stomach haven't been able to keep solid foods down swollen stomach etc etc.. she looked around in my stomach never did a biopsy had a follow-up only for her to tell me she didn't see anyting never suggested I go to a specialist nothing. 2 weeks ago get a call for a follow-up OMG I'd be dead by now

I’m a new patient. I usually have the utmost respect & patience for doctors especially if they show me a little respect like keeping me informed of why the doctor is running late. I waited 45 minutes. When I saw her walk by she said she had other patient in front of me. Told her we were already 1/2 hr late. She just shrugged her shoulders said sorry bout that & walked away. After stewing awhile longer- I left. Not very nice or professional. don’t care that her patients may have a life
