Dr. Desai has been my primary physician for a a few years now. I cant express enough how professional and caring he and his his staff are. Anytime I call the office for anything they help me out quickly and efficiently. And even when I am sick and need an urgent appointment they would schedule me same day. They truly care. I would recommend him to anyone.

Been my primary since my I moved to Dunedin in 2018. Excellent care good referrals for any specialty my husband or I requested great bedside manner etc. Front desk and nursing care is optimal.

Absolutely horrible doctor. Does not listen to the patient at all does not care what works best for you will not refer to any specialists. He wants to have all the control. In the one year that he’s been my doctor My health has drastically deteriorated because he will not listen or treat things that are obvious problems. I’ve had a wound for nine months and he has refused to send me to wound care and my insurance requires a referral. I finally took it upon myself to self pay for wound care. They did a biopsy and I have MRSA I’ve been with wound care for two weeks now and I am well on the way to being healed I’m also diabetic and he refused to authorize test strips that I must have to check my blood sugar. Yes he DENIED test strips I would avoid Dr Desai at all costs

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Desai for two years. He as well as his staff have provided us with prompt and excellent exams and treatments. When a referral to another speciality has been required it was provided without any difficulties.

Experienced dedicated caring physician who is easy to talk with and listens to patient’s concerns. Dr. Desai’s receptionist has always fit me into his busy schedule the same day if my husband or I had a pressing health problem. On several occasions his nurse has even called to check how things are going with us. I would definitely recommend Dr. Desai to anyone looking for a well informed thorough physician who looks out for his patients best interests.

Absolutely great doctor in EVERY WAY. Great diagnostician. Seems to know more about certain specialties that some specialists I’ve gone to. Was recommended by a top doctor at Morton Plant and I’m thankful and appreciative that I found him.
