Call Luke products and Chris is a very knowledgeable audiologist. It takes his time to provide the best service to his clients. I go in quarterly just for a check up on the hearing aid to assure it is properly maintained.

If you ever bought a used car, the sales experience will be familiar to you. The testing seems to be professional and comprehensive, but the sales side is cheap and deceptive. Once the tests are complete, comes the close. The sales sheet starts out with a price of $8,398.00 dollars. With an unexplained discount of $3,699.00, the total would be $4,699.00 dollars. They told us our insurance was paying $1200. I called, not true. They pay nothing. Bottom line, don't let a senior citizen go in there alone. Their must be laws in Florida about taking advantage of senior citizens for medical reasons. This is a company that the Florida Attorney General needs to investigate. Also, we asked for a copy of the hearing test results, and we were told it takes 30 days. Disgraceful business practices. Purchase order attached.

I think when you pay $5k..there should be better Customer Service..Your company clearly does not have it..They came through..Good Job audibel!!!! Kudos!! Well it's only been a couple of weeks and the left one Is dead AGAIN..went back Thursday at 4:30pm..it was fine until this morning...I've had it...don't on here folks!! Nice people but clearly don't know what there doing..and I'm Frustrated after spending $4800
