Better than most I've been in. Should have another half star.

A little wait, but Mikaela was excellent. Very caring above and beyond. 5 stars for her concern.

My experience has been great in the past and recently. Dr. Wallace really cares for his patients and goes out of his way to ensure they stay well and are treated well in the process. Update: they were crazy busy when I went there today but I’m impressed how quickly I was gotten to on the list and seen. In and out in an hour even though there were at least a dozen people ahead of me when I came in. Really impressive. I spent more time chatting with Dr. Wallace and could have spent all day honestly, than I did in the lounge. The front desk staff are just incredibly efficient and despite the speed of service I never feel rushed.

Bayside is the most efficient, caring practice I’ve ever been too. from the moment you walk in you’re taken care of. I was in and out within 30 mins thank you!

Thank you Dr. Wallace for the exemplary experience today! He listened to an issue that I had with my son and was able to help him out respectfully. To be able to go to an urgent care and to find such great medical staff like this is outstanding! I will be very happy to come here again when I move :)

Easily the best place to get my wellness taken care of. Dr. Wallace is amazing and level-headed no-nonsense when it comes to health. Caring and even though the waiting area was very full when I arrived, they were all rapidly and efficiently helped, me included.

The place is very clean and quiet. The staffs are really helpful with answering questions and assisting patients.

Two days into our Flordia beach trip I ended up super sick with a sore throat...I knew simple OTC was not goin to help....Got online and researched locations ...photos...and reviews...So very thankful I chose Bayside UCC....They were amazing...They listened to me...we discussed treatment...even gave me directions on how to get to the nearest Walgreens for my meds...Very friendly staff from reception to aid to NP....Highly recommend this facility if in the Clearwater area and in need of treatment!!

Please DO NOT GO HERE!! There are many good urgent cares around. Going here is a mistake. I took my friend here after she injured her foot which became bruised and swollen enough she couldn’t even put her foot all of the way into her shoe. She was limping and clearly in pain in the office and was never offered any assistance. The Nurse Practitioner treated her like she was lying after there was no obvious break on the X-Ray, even though it still needs to be read by radiology and there is more to the foot than bones. She looked at her like she had a 3rd eye for asking if she could write a note excusing her from her next two shifts at work and refuse to write her anything but light duty, which in her job light duty still involves being on her feet and she would also need to drive to work (which the NP told her she shouldn’t do). You would think by the way she was acting my friend calling off work would take straight from the NP’s paycheck. The NP instructed her not to drive and to rest. Of course she left that part out of her notes, but did not forget to add that she wrote her a light duty note because “the patient thought she couldn’t do all of the walking at her job”. Anyone that has ever worked in medical knows that’s code for “I didn’t want to write this note and it was the crazy patient’s insistence.” My friend is a non-confrontational person, but left feeling very discouraged. If they weren’t going to have any solutions at least they could understand she may need time to heal. I will not be taking anyone I know there. have been to other places where the doctors and NPs take you seriously and are compassionate. My friend is a good person, and a hard worker. I can understand people come in there lying to get pain pills or whatever, but my friend never even asked for anything like that, or wanted that. But was treated like a criminal for asking for a doctor’s note. Absolutely ridiculous.
