Beth A. Hanrahan's Online Review Report Card

I liked her she is bright vivacious and pleasant. Her staff is NOT nearly as pleasant nor cooperative no follow through for mailing info nor for prescriptions

Im just a new patient but no one has been rude or nasty to me As for the doctor 2 other docs referred me to her. Shes exceptionally intelligent and Im looking forward to working with her through what has turned out to be a horrific health time in my life. Shes very calming. And smart as a whip I think. No complaints here. Im grateful for her brain and her training. She knows her stuff thats what I desperately need.

Yeah Not cool

Made appointment for tonsillitis only to be called back by the receptionist and told their PA made a decision that I need to go to Urgent Care. Well that’s brilliant advice I’ll just take my business to someone who actually cares to see patients. Thank you for nothing.

Great Doctor and staff and they are busy especially in theses times but they still are patient and thorough. Im am impatient at times but they put up with me thats tuff enough. They had to fax my prescription to Baycare DME 6 time before they stopped losing it lol and they were so busy they would have to answer the phone 2 or 3 deep sometimes. When people are lined up for something I always take it as a hint Im at the right place.

Unfair practice. I was charged an office visit fee on top of my Annual Well Exam. I have no preexisting medical concerns no prescriptions and was there to review my labs and overall health screening. I feel taken advantage of and will not return. I was in the exam room less than 10 minutes and again no medical problems no referrals no medications. I was told to come back in 3 months to re take labs ... at that time I could see an office visit charge but to stack that on top of my well visit? That is unfair.

Awful Do not go to this practice. I have been a patient for years and so upset by the way I was treated and unfairly charged I had my annual well physical on Oct 7 2020. I had my full lab blood panel prior and came in to discuss results along with my annual check up. I had no medical problems concerns or needed any scripts or refills. At the time of my visit Dr. Hanrahan mentioned my cholesterol was elevated and I should check again in 3 months. Other than that... I answered questions updated her on when I would recheck. Upon leaving at check out I was told that I was being charged not only for my physical which is covered annually by my insurance but adding an office visit charge. I was confused and explained nothing was discussed beyond a normal annual and I was in the exam room for 6 minutes. This is taking advantage of and should not be tolerated.

Ya know. We have been searching for a new primary Dr since our last Dr retired. You can really tell the difference with Dr Hanrahan and staff. I had the same Dr from HS until I moved to Florida in my 40’s. The Dr Pa technician front desk staff does not get much better. Very nice follows through and most importantly excellent serviceguidance on your health and happiness. My Family has found a Doctorstaff with the same care I grew up with.

I feel very lucky to have Dr. Hanrahan as my physician. She takes time to listen to any concerns and I never feel rushed. I feel like I get excellent care. The office staff is also wonderful. The front office picks up the phone when I call and I dont have to leave a call back number. I highly recommend Dr. Hanrahan.
