I came here today to have a Bone Morrow Density BX done. The staff has been great with the communication leading up to today's procedure and continued through today. They got me checked in quickly and had me back getting ready within minutes of completing the check in process. They were great at communicating what was going to happen and walked me through everything and even handled making sure Ben was called with a time to pick me up after the procedure and short recovery time at their office. It was nice that I didn't have to worry about that part and by the time I was ready to go, Ben was already outside waiting for me. Very smooth process from start to finish. Very much appreciated so all I had to do was try to relax and then go home to recover and get babied by Ben for the rest of the day.
