If you’re looking for an amazing pediatricians office you’ve found it. I’m a new mom with ALOT of questions and concerns. Dr. kharbanda and Victoria have eased my mind and are always a pleasure to speak with. They get you in and out in a timely manner and the place is SPOTLESS.

We have been coming here for a little over 2 and half years. The staff is consistently pleasant. Even there side conversations aren’t always light and professional. I’ve never overheard any vulgarity or inappropriate topics not for the office. Dr. Kharbanda is a professional and gentle.

This practice BY FAR is the best one I've ever been too. Dr. Kharbanda and her team are so wonderful and efficient. I am able to get same day appointments and don't have to wait a long time in the sitting area. My child is not afraid to visit the doctor and doesn't feel any anxiety when we are there.

As a first time mom, I can’t overstate how thankful I am for Dr. Kharbanda and her whole staff! They’re so kind and efficient. Dr. Kharbanda is patient, knowledgeable, and gracious. I am so thankful we found this practice. Such peace of mind knowing our son is in great care!

I have been taking my 3 boys to Dr. Kharbonda for 8 years. I can’t say enough positive things About her and her Staff! They have grown to be more like family over the years. Dr. Kharbonda really cares about each child and their family. She and Victoria (nurse) have always made me feel supported as a mother and have made all three of my Boys so comfortable and cared for at each visit! We just love these ladies and would recommend anyone looking for a Pediatrician to Countyside Pediatrics:)

I have a five month old and saw this doctor since he was born, up until last week. We had two instances where I bought him in with concerns and she said "he looks fine", didn't offer treatment or suggestions, and both health issues got extremely worse because of lack of medical care on her end. When you go to a doctor, you trust them to know and see the signs of a medical condition. Unfortunately, that has not been the case any time I have gone to visit Dr. Kharbanda. When my baby was two months old, she did not seem to see any of the signs I was pointing out about my son's cradle cap infection (large, high ridges of inflamed skin, swollen lymph nodes, etc.), which got worse, due to her saying he was fine, when it was actually infected and needed antifungal ointment. I had to call the next week and beg for a prescription because it was still oozing fluid (as before) and was so raw and inflamed. (I had followed her advice on just to gently scrub it to get the skin scales off, as I had done before.) That obviously did not work (as it didn't work before either) and it was past that point, which was what I tried to tell her during the office visit. Once I started using the medicine, it cleared up rather quickly, but it does seem like she waits for things to get much worse, before suggesting any medical treatment. The second incident was just last week when I brought him in because I had concerns that he might have a diaper rash or something of the sort, because it definitely looked "different" down there, but again, I'm not a doctor, so I trusted when she looked at it and said "he looks fine" and just to keep changing the diaper as I had been. Well, it absolutely was not "fine" and about three days later was much, much, worse, was bright red, and I took him to another doctor's office and the doctor there did confirm he had a yeast infection and needed prescribed medical ointment. Two incidents like this, in the short five months my son has been alive, is too many for me, so I did switch doctors this week and will not be going back to Countryside Pediatric Care. In addition, every visit seems rushed, as she multitasked during each appointment, so I was never really sure if I had her full attention. When I was talking to her or asking questions at the beginning of each visit, she would start examining my son or get on her computer, so it didn't feel like she was listening or taking my concerns seriously. Lastly, when I switched health insurance, I did make sure her office was in network prior to selecting my new carrier, but her receptionist called me the day before I had an appointment for vaccinations and said if I didn't provide proof of the new insurance before they closed for the day, then my appointment would be canceled (this was the first and only time they had called about it). She left me that voicemail at 3:30 PM and they stopped taking calls at 4:30 PM. They expected me to get back to them within ONE HOUR or they would cancel my appointment?! That's pretty extreme. I had scheduled that appointment two months in advance and my husband had already taken off work to attend the appointment, and I had planned to bring my new insurance information to the when I arrived. Thank goodness I checked my voicemail and was able to call them back within that ONE HOUR time frame and the receptionist who schedules the appointments (Zyrah?) takes forever and doesn't seem to have a clue what is going on. The upside to this doctor is she will call you back after hours if you leave a message, but again, if she says your child sounds/looks fine, then it's possible the child isn't really getting the help he/she needs whether it is during or after hours, so that isn't enough of a reason for me to continue with this doctor. Other offices offer after hours calls/visits too, so not worth the risk to keep going here. The nurse with the dark hair is super nice, friendly, and informative, as is the new Nurse Practitioner that started there a few months ago, but again, I can't stay just for those reasons alone.

Everyone here is super nice!! They went above and beyond to help me check that my son has the correct coverage to get in...it was 2020 (2 years!!) Due to various of issues ...But... I'm just surprised, she checked him manually (heart/listened to his breathing/quick palpation) ... But that's it. Prescribed an inhaler and sent him on his way....No blood work? He gets cold often... he doesn't eat well...I said.. she said he seems to be growing fine... He isn't resistant..and gives blood like an elderly man, stoic face and all.. I was told by another parent they don't really want medicaid participants..and frankly, that's a good approach.. I wont be coming back... i was hoping to bring my other 2.. very sad because she was highly recommended. I even came back after 2 years!!! I'm kinda just sorry I wasted all of our time

Dr. Kharbanda, her staff Victoria and Phyllis are AMAZING! They are all kind and extremely helpful. The interactions with the patients at the office was always positive. Highly recommend!

Love Dr. Kharbanda so much! She’s been with our family from the birth of my daughter four years ago through the birth of my son two years ago and has seen it all with us! (Both kids in daycare and have had probably every virus known to man). She has called me after hours when I was a panicked new mom, and she always squeezes us in when I feel the kids need to be seen. She is honest but still has a very nice bedside manner, and always gives you as much time as you need. Plus the medical arts building has a radiology center and lab if you need to have imaging or blood work done right after seeing her (which we’ve had to do before). Highly recommend!
