Rude and unprofessional. Asked no more than 5 questions told me to go see another doctor and hung up the phone on me. Shame.

Hello Dr. Zheng Unfortunately you did not keep your word regarding and excuse note. On September 24 2020. You stated that you would give me two days off for my job which I really needed. When the call ended you never sent it. I will be disputing this appointment with my bank to get a full refund which I will. So I will not be charged for an appointment with you. If you cannot remember what you say to patients you must be lazy and do not write things down. Thanks for wasting my time. Terrible doctor. It is unfair that you did this because I have no way of contacting you through Teledoc. Also work on your personal skills with patients You could take a class or two on kindness.
