Great caring doctor and great staff. Minimal waiting and the doctor is knowledgeable and efficient.

I went in with a perfectly fine looking foot and after a surgery performed by Dr. Edwards I now suffer foot deformity and other joints problems without correcting the initial issue. She assured me it was going to be an easy surgery with a minimal complications which is not my case. The goal was to eliminate the foot pain and improve my quality of life but in results it went from bad to worst. I am very upset over the results and all I got was a recommendation for another surgery.Be sure to know she is over promising to what she actually delivers you are taking a risk trusting her.

By far the best most caring doctor I have ever come across. She takes the time to sit with you and explain every aspect of the procedure and make sure you feel heard and not rushed Amazing bedside manner and her office staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Edwards is amazing I was seen quickly and didn’t feel rushed. I asked all my questions and felt like she was listening and didn’t rush to go to the next patient. Cannot recommend this office enough

Dr. Edwards and her staff are amazing. I went to Dr. Edwards for an ingrown toe nail she made the procedure painless and you can barley tell anything has been done to the nail by looking at it. Its so nice to not have to dread my nail growing back every few weeks and being in pain. I am so glad I did it. I have also seen her for other issues like nail discoloration and she is so knowledgeable in everything she does. I highly recommend her office.

Office was great but I have concerns about her skills and experience. Her surgery left me with not results to my issue and created additional foot problems.

Dr. Edwards gave me hope when l thought there was none. Her caring and kind demeanor put me at ease. Everything including my xrays were thoroughly explained. She offered practical solutions and devices to help me walk more comfortably. I get the very distinct impression she loves her profession and takes great pride in offering her spot on expertise to her patients. Her assistant Tim was a great listener and very professional. I have gone to Dr. Edwards a couple of times both for an ingrown toenail and plantar faciitis. Both times my problems were treated successfully. All the staff is friendly and efficient. The online checkin is great during the pandemic and the office felt safe and comfortable.

Just called and asked a question as a new patient. The office staff was extremely rude. Will not request further information from this office.

Ok where do I begin. I chose this practice because it was close to my house. I saw Dr Nguyen at first she seemed like she could help me. I had a $ 55 copay and understand that it was normal procedure. She suggested ice and rest and an ankle brace not revealing my condition. My foot just got worse. Went back for a second visit a follow up she said the same thing rest wrap etc. I work on my feet for 8 12 hours I cannot afford to stay home. She wanted me to stay home. Really? Not a practical reality. She suggested the third visit might be a cast. Really? did she not understand I cannot miss work????? My foot continued to give me pain I got some help from a physical therapist friend of mine. He offered much more options then Dr Nguyen. On the third and final visit she had absolutely no intention on helping me any longer. She was  condescending patronizing and rude. Handing me a surgeons name to go to. Like I would trust her at this point. But what annoys me was she knew by the second visit that she could not help me but kept charging my insurance and copay. I wasted $165.00 in co pays and God knows how much they charged my insurance for absolutely not helping me at all.   This practice needs to listen and help the patient. Be realistic not everyone can afford to stay home and be off their feet. I do not recommend this doctor at all
