Dont bother! The staff don't return your calls or even the pharmacy's calls...and you'll almost never get someone to actually answer the phone when you call. If you do...they'll interrupt you while you're telling them your issue. Then they dump you into another voicemail. He's a very good doctor..I don't dispute that. But apparently its only if you pay him a ton of money to make you a priority and actually get back to you. And I guess I'm so low on that scale my wait time for a R/x refill call back is over a month now and counting!

I would highly recommend Dr. Burns and his staff. I was there for Mohs surgery. Dr. Burns was kind and gentle during the procedure. He explained what to expect during the healing process which gave me comfort. His two assistances were so thorough and professional. Very kind and gentle too. The staff in the office for check in and upon departure were professional. I relocated to Clearwater just a few weeks prior to surgery. Since I am not familiar with the providers in this area, I was a little concerned about my experience. That all went away as soon as I met Dr. Burns and his staff.

I love Dr Burns because he is a calm and caring health care giver He asked me what was most important to me and he is flexible in treating me. For example, he said: "we can cut that off or we can treat it with liquid nitrogen and keep an eye on it"

All of the staff that I had contact with was very efficient and courteous. I was seen very shortly after arriving and Dr Burns was thorough. I will definitely return to this practice.

Best Dermatologist ever. Concise, efficient and fast. He does an excellent job of explaining everything and offers treatments that make sense and are not geared to trying to get you back in the office as often as possible. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful doctors office!! My son that I’m guardian over went there. I was able to do everything needed to be done on line, including paying his co-pay. Everyone there were awesome, including the doctor 👨⚕️ 👼 Thank you doc for taking care of my son!!!!
