Excellent. Easy to schedule. Seeing on time Doctor very knowledgeable and explain everything.
My partner NEVER saw the doctor before or after the biopsy. They didnt allow me in to ask questions or have information about the procedure or care afterwards. The front desk staff was super nice but the experience of being treated so casually for a liver cancer biopsy....SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CARING AND CONSCIOUS ABOUT WHAT THE FAMILY AND THE PATIENT ARE ENTITLED TO KNOW. This was equivalent of how yourre treated if you were taken your blood drawn You dont treat an older person and expect that he can retain all the informationNo information of pain and what to expect or what and how it was going to be done This is not how a patient is treated or their family If you want to feel like a person go somewhere else THIS PATIENT DIDNT EVEN SAW THE DOCTOR AT ALL before or after the biopsy GRRRRRR
My partner went yesterday for a biopsy for cancer in the liver. The receptionist was VERY nice and helpful. When he was called to go in they told me I couldnt go in and that theyd call in about 2 hours when he was done. HE NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR....NEITHER BEFORE OR AFTER When someone is having a procedure done you would expect the doctor to introduce himself and explain you and the person closest to you whats going to be happening how its going to be done AND ASK if there are any questions My partner is an older person that just was put to sleep awaken....and is able to process just very limited information....was finished and was just taken out in a wheelchair and that was it WHAT A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM LACK OF TOUCH AND WHATEVER ELSE This was just UNBELIEVABLE If I could give a minus star this office would get 5 stars Maybe hes a good person but treating a patient like this and the family....its WRONG
My partner went in for a liver cancer biopsy. HE NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR before or after the procedure ...hes an older person neither they allowed me in to ask or get information about what was going to be done care afterwards or what to expect in regards of pain and discomfort. The front desk lady was SUPER SUPER NICE......but this doctor by this experience.... could probably have been a VETERINARY instead
Terry is very nice and professional
I fell went to the emergency room and they diagnosed a compression fracture of T12. Life was complicated because the Christmas holiday was coming up and I was moving to North Carolina. Dr. Jerrys staff especially Diana could not have been more helpful in facilitating the process with the MRI etc. Dr. Jerry fit me in to do a kyphoplasty on Dec.23. While he has out of town and the office was closed I still got a call back to answer my questions. I felt complete relief the next day. I am a retired Orthodontist so not unfamiliar to the medical world. Dr. Jerry was a miracle worker. I work recommend Dr. Jerry and his office without any hesitation.
Had a thyroid biopsy and didnt feel the needle at all. Service and staff was fantastic
Nothing needs improving perfect as it is
I was very very pleased with all nurses and Dr Jerry. A friend recommended the Dr. for pain in back and hips. I was very happy with how I was treated during and after my pain treatment. The nurses are so good at what they do to keep you comfortable and relaxed. I recommend Dr Gerry and his staff. They were all so helpful. Thank you to all.
He did a biopsy on my husbands spine to find out the kind of cancer he had. The procedure was a failureit was a false negative test. The poorly trained aide who took out the IV from my husbands hand made a huge mistake and caused him pain and a very big bruise The procedure was done on April 15th and over two weeks later his hand is still hurting

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
