I love the doctor here, Dr. Spohn, but these people really need some help. Management seriously needs to do something about how they let other patients treat the staff. I've overheard people saying the nastiest things to the front desk girls and they're so sweet they don't deserve that. They're clearly overwhelmed and then have to be treated like garbage by unruly patients? It's not right. No amount of money is worth letting your staff be treated like that.

Terrible customer service. Terrible record keepers. I went to my first appointment to have something checked on my back. I left after that without setting an appointment because the front desk person was too busy. I’ve tried calling and leaving messages many times, they never call back. They are only at this location 1 day per week…don’t waste your time. I do have to say that the doctor was nice, but the support staff gets zero stars, that’s why it shows as 1 star because they don’t let you embarrass them with a zero like they should be.

Shout out to Destiny at the front desk for not only scheduling me same day, working with my insurance and following up, but also doing it kindly! MeKonen, the nurse practitioner who saw me, was beyond thorough. She genuinely listened to the back story, was interested in my overall health as it related to my issue and also took the time to hear about the additional unseen symptoms I was experiencing. She made me feel both comfortable and confident. AND a day later, she was available to I speak with me personally on the phone! The way Western medicine should be and often is not. You all are fantastic!

This practice is one of the worst when dealing with staff. The manner is which they deal with patients is rude, not helpful, and only after your money!!!!!! They are unwilling to help their patients. I’ve been three times, and haven’t been able to help in the right ways. When requesting samples, or a refill they make you come in. I would NOT go here!!!

Really appreciate the services provided by Semhar and Minou at the Countryside office. Both listen to my concerns and are very thorough with an exam. I would recommend to anyone searching for a professional dermatologist.
