Horrible doctor Beware he is judge mental and stereotypes patients. Misdiagnosed a gallbladder WOW I had surgery 4 days later with another doctor. Not very knowledgeable not patient to even listen to you Takes your money $215.00 then dismissed me as a patient in same day because he didn’t want to listen to my symptoms. I was accused of malingering my symptoms. I have called several times requesting my medical transcript from his office with no luck I had to contact the Florida medical board a malpracticeneglect attorney as well as the BBB to file a complaint on abandonment and neglect. His staff on the other hand was very friendly.

The most unresponsive alleged medical practice I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I saw Dr. Degala a week ago complaining of constant abdominal pain. He recommended Pepsid tablets andor Gaviscon. Neither worked. A week earlier I had called to move up my appointment sooner in that I was experienced constant abdominal pain stomach upset and indigestion. They said they were too full to move me up and they dont call back if they get a cancellation but that was the best of my experience. Last Thursday when neither the Pepsid nor the Gaviscon gave me relief I left a message with the doctors PA. No reply over 24 hours later. I left a bit stronger message on Friday and finally received a call back. I articulated all of my issues and she indicated that she would transmit that to the doctor. No call back as of 4 days later. I left a message over 24 hours ago with their front desk to schedule appointment still no call back. There is a culture of non caring here.

Friendly staff that made us feel welcome. My husband was able to join me for the appointment. Dr. Degala was very thorough asking about my details and very patient as I gave him list of answers and information. I was very comfortabe with his approach suggestions thoughts re my situation. Im glad to have him as my GI Dr.
