If you value prompt assistance with serious medical issues then run don’t walk from this group. I’m a 27 year old male. I’ve had heart issues in the past and I’ve been taking a prescription called atenolol for a few years. I started seeing Dr. Hazlet at the end of 2020 when I was starting to have elevated heart rate again. Dr. Hazlet prescribed metoprolol. I started taking this for a couple of weeks and then I noticed some adverse side effects. I made the doctor aware of this on Thursday February 18. It is now Wednesday February 24 and they have not provided any responses. They canceled my atenolol prescription so my pharmacy won’t fill it and the doctor can’t be bothered to take a look at it. I’ve called multiple times and I’ve had nurses call back multiple times only to tell me that they’re reviewing it. I spent the last few days with heart rates well over 120 bpm at all times. They don’t seem to care whatsoever and the nurses that I have spoken to have been rather cold. It’s like these people don’t understand that their patients have serious heart issues. I have never been so amazed at the lack of urgency. I feel is my responsibility to let people know that you’re putting your health at risk when you put your health in these peoples hands. Don’t be fooled by the nice facility. You’ll quickly feel like a number lost in the shuffle. I welcome management from this group to contact me directly as I have more to say. Thanks.

Dr Hazlitt was on time he was very polite kind and caring. He took the time and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with all the office staff on how organized they were.My “follow up instructions” were printed out and a staff member went over them with me step by step and again answering all my questions. I’m very impressed of the professionalism.

Wait time 10 min. Dr Hazlitt was on time very polite he did not rushand I had many questions for him. The office was very organized and everyone was extremely nice and very professional This was at the Bardmoor Office.

Dr Hazlitt was on time he answered all my questions and was very polite and kind and took his time. The office was staff was friendly and very professional. On departure I was given two pages of instructions the staff member sat down with me and explained them in detail. I highly recommend Dr Hazlitt.
