Very thorough caring physician

horrible experience with staff and office help the Dr keeps looking at his watch during the entire visit as if i was bothering him then he said i needed oxygen but said it as he was running by the room didnt even enter the room or explain to me why i needed it then the office staff couldnt do the paper work right for the oxygen company took 3 weeks before i received my oxygen supplies

To sum it up you are simply in the best place for care if you find your self at Bay Area Chest. I have a very complex medical history and was not getting the care I needed with another group in 2014 I found myself in the care of Dr. Masson after a serious medical event that resulted in quite a long hospital stay. Dr. Masson cares for his patients in a way that makes you feel like you are one of his family members. From the front desk to the back office and everything inbetween everyone at Bay Area Chest provides paramount care. I just cant say enough about the entire team they provide a level of care that cannot be matched. I am honored to call Bay Are Chest my providers and appreciate all they have done for me over the years and the unmatched services they continue to provide to me to current. Is attentive to patient listens and is proactive with treatment I am so glad I was referred to him. The staff is very competent kind and ensures you are prepared for visit. One of the best office staffs I’ve experienced. Highly recommend

Dr. Masson and his staff members are the most compassionate individuals you will find in a medical office. They are currently treating a freind of mine Maria. Specifically I would like to point out Carley for her knowledge and level of TLC. This office comes with great experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking this type of treatment.

I visited Bay Area Chest Physicians for a breathing problem i had been dealing since i had the flu about a month ago Dr. Masson was one of the Doctors that took care of me very caring and knowledgeable they took great care of me.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Alone he should be rated with 5 stars. Unfortunately He suffers with a staff who misplace prescriptions misinterpret instructions fail to return phone calls and make dealing with the doctor extremely painful. It is indeed a shame.

My first appointment upon moving was with Dr John Masson MD. He seemed very nice and I didn`t think there would be any problem. The people on he staff that I saw that day were very nice too however. Don`t ever try to get information over the phone. They are non accessible and rude. All I wanted was to change oxygen companies and they said I`d have to take all the tests. I have one lung and have already taken all the tests to get oxygenall they need to do is get my records from my previous Pulmonary specialist. I signed all the papers when I was there at my first appointment. It is not necessary to redo and charge medicare and my insurance company to redo the tests. I will travel one and a half hours to my previous specialist and be treated with respect.
