I like Dr. Torres a lot! I think he genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his patients. That is very rare these days. And he always has interesting recommendations as it pertains to treatment approaches.I highly recommend him.

Awful experience with the staff!! They said they sent referrals or auth, and very rarely do so!! Also, they denied a referral to my husband too. You always have to them at least 3-4 times to ensure if at least they started the process and/or sent a refill!! Worse experience at a PCP.

OK I REALLY CAN'T SAY MUCH GOOD ABOUT HIM OR HIS OFFICE I HAVE A COLD HE GAVE ME CEFTEN 500 FOR 7 DAYS 10 DAYS LATER I STILL HAVE THE COLD AND MY OFFICE VIST WAS FOR TODAY , BUT BECAUSE I STILL HAVE THE COLD AND COUGH THEY WILL NOT LET ME COME IN , HE DOES NOT DO INTERNET VSIT OR TELEHEATH ,, THEY CALLED ME BACK AND TOLD ME TO TAKE OVER THE COUNTER MEDZ AND IF THINGS GET WORST TO GO TO URGENT CARE MY LAST VISIT TO HIM WELL BE JAN 4 2021

The phone receptionist was rude and can't speak fluent English. No matter how much of a gentleman i was she would interrupt and treat me very unprofessional with a attitude. To get authorizations from the pharmacy for refills where a constant problem. Sick people deserve better than this.
