Dr Saccente is an extraordinary professional. He listens and genuinely cares. We have recommended him to everyone. And our friends who have visited the doc loved him too.

I am very grateful to have finally found a doctor who is NOT in a huge conglomerate of doctors where you would often end up seeing a different doc every visit... I strongly prefer this kind of smaller office with more ability for Both You and for the Doctor to have direct contact with those doing the billing and the appointments etc. I just do Not like those huge monster big offices where it is like a factory then it is hard to solve a problem or get help. So that was important to me a smaller office with more connectivity between all facets of the appointment.The office staff has all been wonderful very very helpful went above and beyond to help me get insurance to cover a test that I needed.The Doctor himself is wonderful very kind very compassionate nice person he is NOT one of those who is quick to just throw a prescription at you to dismiss you and his method is what i prefer as i am not one who thinks the more pills the better. Nope.Dr Saccente is always polite and respectful and gives you all available options. He is very reasonable in his approach to problem solving and he is open to hearing what you want done and why which lots of Doctors are Not that way and just interrupt you and cut you off but not Dr Saccente. He does listen.and I just can not praise him enough.When I have needed help or an appointment right away I have never ever had a problem they have always called me right back fast and were usually able to squeeze me in if it was something urgent. I am just so glad of the fast responses very helpful. I am very pleased with this Dr and this staff. He is even on time for your appointments Whats not to like?

Just don’t trust themBad and scary experienceJulie is so rude i’m disgusted.At least patty apologized and admitted her wrong doing.It is very aggravating when you are very ill and your doctors office isn’t there for you they way they should be.Instead they say we don’t have to follow up with you after a procedure.

We highly recommend Dr. Saccente. My husband and I first saw Dr. Saccente when we moved to Florida. He addresses all our health concerns and explains in layman terms so that we may understand him. His front office staff is very personable and efficient. Never rude.

Dr. Saccente is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone. Patty is the lose wheel in the office. She is very rude and short with the patients.

Dr. Saccente was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about the questions I asked during my wellness checkup. However other departments of the office billing insurance need improvement.I was referred to LabCorp by Dr. Saccentes office to get bloodwork done under the assumption that they would refer me to an innetwork provider for Florida Blue yes shouldve gotten preapproval in hindsight. Surprise I get a $500 bill for the outofnetwork lab work. I called FL Blue but was denied my appeal and also called Dr. Saccentes office multiple times and never got a response from leaving a voicemail at multiple extensions for patient billing. Very frustrating.

Horrible practice 9202020 96 yr old waited 4 months for an initial appt so her heart m efication could be refilled..the day beforethe appt Michelle called and said the 1030 am appt needed to be moved back to 2pm and to be there at 150pm...due to this change in appt time on such short notice transportation did not come on time...the practice was called at 152 pm to say patient would be late but Michelle said the Dr had moved on to the next patient and patient could not be seen until February 2...how could the Dr have moved on??? The appt was not until 2pm. This elderly patient had to call an ambulance since a new Dr appt would be another wait period with no heart medication. The rescue workers could not believe a Drs office could be so uncaring...so the rescue workers called this Drs office themselves...they ask if possibly the Dr would please take this patient as they did not want her taken to hospital during this covid 19 period if the Dr could see her and write her prescriptions and they could have her there in 5 min the office was only se eral blocks away from patients housebut again Michelle told then no..tbe Dr has moved on...IT was 206 pm This medical practice had zero concern for this patient and it was noted by the rescue squad that Michelle laughed as she refused this elderly woman service after this patient had been forced to change her appt time and had troubles getting transportation changes at such short notice

Very confused why Dr Saccente must know how rude and unprofessional michelle and julie are .i tried to get lab results read for several days was told rudely every time it might not be till next day so next day turned into days. When i finally decided to go in the office today to ask why whats going on. Thats when i was rudely told in a very bad manor very unprofessinal that she didnt have time she was very busy with an important issue like im not important at all. So at the point of getting no answers i asked again i believe it was Julie that told me leave i need you to leave us ad she yelled thru the office. Then had the nerve to say i guess you dont want to be seen here anymore and said shes sending me a letter to dismiss me from the practice. Well their fired. Never in my 72 years have i been talked down to been rediculed treated like i was not cared about enough to do their jobs. Its not the Dr thats treated me badly i really like Dr Saccente but how or why hes putting up with issues is beyond me. Maybe its his wife working there that distorts stories as to what REALLY occurs. Maybe he never knows why people dont come back. Very sad a woman could hate her job and be so inconsiderate. Do your job show compassion and respect and you may receive it in return instead of being a bitter mean couple of women

Dr. Saccente and his staff are absolutely fantastic Incredibly caring attentive and kind. I have been a patient for over 10 years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Very highly recommend for quality personalized medical care.
