Overall the staff is pretty good and the PA Marci Johns is wonderful. But I have never been impressed with Dr. Wanger. The final straw for me is after an infection on my finger and 8 weeks of anti biotics the doctor didnt even come in to the exam room to look at my finger. He supposedly told the temporary PA to tell me to contact the surgeon about amputation. The surgeon he told me to contact is no longer accepting patients because he is retiring. I would expect Dr. Wanger to know this.

NO TEMPERATION TAKEN AT DOOR NO MASKS SHIELDS OR GLOVES ON RECEPTISTS NO BARRIER BETWEEN RECEPTISTS AND PATIENTS NO MASK ENFORCEMENT OF PATIENTS NO 6 FOOT DISTANCE OF WAITING ROOM CHAIRS NO LIMIT ON NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN WAITING ROOM NO 6 FOOT DISTANCE MAINTAINED BETWEEN PATIENTS CHECKING IN OR OUT NO DOCTORS OR MEDICAL PERSONNEL OBSERVED WEARING MASKS SHIELDS OR GLOVES NO INDICATION OF SANITIZING ANY AND ALL SURFACES INCLUDING WAITING ROOM CHAIRS COUNTERS DOOR KNOBS FOR A GENERATIC PRACTICE WITH HIGH COMORBITY. ARE THESE HOSPITALISTS LOOKING FOR MORE BUSINESS.

I had the same Insurance last year the only thing that changed was my ID number. I drove an hour and wasted my day I took off for this visit just to drive an hour back. I got to the office just to be told they dont take my insurance. If I had the same insurance as last year someone should have called and said they didnt take it anymore. 👍. On the other hand the providers are great they are 5 stars.

I have been seeing Dr. Wanger ever since I moved to Clearwater several years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with you in a easy to understand way. I see specialists for health concerns and Dr. Wanger is able to at times better explain to me what the specialist means and why they are doing what they do. I consider myself very fortunate to have Dr. Wanger as my primary care physician.
