I had an unexpected surgery. It was emotional for my husband and I and something we had not expected and came with only 2 days planning. With COVID in the picture and feeling very alone because family could not be inside the hospital at all.The staff was amazing. Kind! Compassionate! Gentle and patient hands. Everyone of them. I have had surgeries other places....but this was the best experience for the worst of times. i will only go back to Morton Plant from now on. not to mention the facility was SO clean. I was extremely impressed. ❤❤❤

Time to get the old appendix taken out Kudos to all medical professionals and support staff connected with Baycare for your quick responses and your kindness and professionalism. It was not a situation I expected to encounter yesterday and things went well.

As much as you can "love" being in the hospital. I've had 4 separate experiences in the last few years; walk-in ER & release, 2 separate knee replacement surgeries, and this time ER (by ambulance) and admitted. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff.

The people care about the patient. It's clean. Efficient. Friendly. It was a busy time in ER but I felt well taken care of. Excellent staff with great attitudes. Most of all they answered my questions and took great care of me.

My favorite hospital to go to. I always come here. Whether it's an ER visit for me or anyone in my family, to both of my daughters being born here. Every nurse and doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Im always at ease with morton plant

Everyone treated me in a highly professional manner mixed with a substantial portion of positive lighthearted and downright funny exchanges. Things I needed were delivered immediately with a smile whether it was10 pm or 3 am. Exceptional performance was demonstrated by All staff and I am truly grateful to All!
