I have always received competent straight forward conversations and care fromDr. Tambay about my medical concerns and resultant follow up treatments. He has a very competent way of knowing what to do and when to do it in regards to a wide variety of health issues. He also is somewhat of a Visionary as he is willing to think outside of the box in regards to ways to achieve goals that are consistent with medical protocols but designed specifically for each individual patients needs under his care. I have received very successfullyfrom Dr. Tambay a series of treatments of acupuncture which have alleviated physical problems untouched by standard medical procedures.Dr. Tambay is a five star physician who is associated with a five star group of practicing Orthopedic Physicians OAWF .

Had bad hip and shoulder pain. Got there at 3pm. had an xray done saw the doctor who gave me the diagnosis in a clear concise manner received a cortisone shot in my hip and was out the door at 345pm A day later I can actually walk wo pain other than slight injection soreness. Rehab for my back is next and they r also terrific as i was there last July for an unrelated issue. highly recommend.

Dr. Tambay answered my many questions each of the three visits I had for cortisone back injections and they were pretty much pain free procedures. Today was my final one and only time will tell as to long term effectiveness. As a suggestion I would give the handout on activity levels and what to expect after each injection on your first visit there. Not after the third injection only after I had asked for it at the desk.That should be standard operating procedure.Other than that the staff and Dr. Were fully engaged helpful and wanted to do their best.Thank you Dr. Tambay and staff .T. Suarez

I started going to orthopedic of West Florida many many years ago and seen Dr. Tambay years ago for the same problem that I am having with my back now he is very good at what he does he takes time with you and listens and tries to work out solutions for your problems I would recommend him to anyone that is having problems with their back problems he really cares for his patience

This office functions very well. Check in process is quick and very little wait before taking back to treatment room. Most times your next appointment is made before you leave the treatment room. Parking is free and connected to the office.
