Pray you dont get Covid19. If you do this doctor will drop you as if you never were his patient. He will take no initiative to find out how and or if you are being cared for. Although he has access to the hospital files he will not bother to read them. You no longer exist as far as he is concerned. Even though he has been the primary physician prior to your admittance in hospital and could possibly lend support and or advice to the best ways to treat you he will not bother. Someone check his pulse to see if hes still alive. Does he have a heartbeat? I cant tell based on his responses and lack of empathy or action during this terrible time.

Called to schedule an appointment on Monday August 5th to schedule an appointment to see the doctor. The front desk person it was a guy didn’t catch his name answered the phone and immediately said I needed to go get blood work without asking the reason for my visit.He said he would send the request to Quest and I could show up. This morning Wednesday the 7th I had my appointment to get the blood work and wasn’t sure if I was supposed to fast or not. I called the office to find out and the same front desk person answered said yes I was supposed to fast.He insisted I needed to reschedule my blood work and to get it done by Friday. I told him “I appreciate you telling me two days later that I was supposed to fast.” With a snarky attitude he said “you’re welcome sir” and hung up on me.I called back asking to speak to the office manager and was told she’s not available. He offered to take a message but why would I leave a message with the person I’m going to complain about?Dr. Duggirala is the doctor for my whole family myself my wife and both my parents. We will not be going back after this.

He gave more time and will explain clearly very nice

This staff is rude and wont call you back. If you are promised a call back you wont get it. Then when you call back to find out about why you havent received your call back the staff hangs up on you. I was a patient for over 5 years but when I complained to the doctor that the staff wouldnt call me back and hung up the phone when asked about the call back the doctor told me I needed to find a new doctor.

Horrible physician My mother passed. He released my mother from the hospital with serious infections that took her life. When I called him to tell him that I was very concerned with my mothers condition when I flew in to see her he stated It was against my better judgement to have released your mother. I then rushed her to Morton Plant whereby they did all they could for a week in the ICU. They stated that she never should have been released from Mease Countryside. She was Sepsis.

Let me start by stating my mother has died because of this Dr. He released her from Mease Countryside Hospital with a serious infection she was Sepsis and had CDiff. He also did not send home health care to check on her. 5 days later I fly into to town and see her near deaths door. I called him since he was the admitting and discharge doctor and he stated that It was probably against my better judgement to have released your Mom So I rushed her to Morton Plant and they performed miracles on her and stated that she never should have been released from the other hospital. DO NOT GO OR SEND LOVED ONES to MEASE OR Dr. Duggirala I will be taking steps to insure others dont have the same outcome with their lives or ones that they love.

Worst experience ever. Calls in prescriptions your allergic too and wont refill the scripts you need without having 2 separate appointments so they can charge you twice. Staff is unprofessional and rude Ive been going there for a couple of years and it just gets worse.

I have been seeing Dr Duggirala for almost 3 yrs. he has a wonderful bedside manner and cares about his patients. The staff both in the old and new office wereare very helpful.

I have never had a doctor refuse 2 see me I have been a patient of his for 2 years I went into the hospital with a blood clot in my leg and he discharged me from his practice w no warning. I am a dialysis patient and on 6 different blood pressure meds and he just left me out to fend for myself. He only wants healthy patients. I had to get another primary care which took several weeks and really suffered.
