Charged for a service I did not receive and prescription is missing prism I’ve had for 6 years. I can’t get a call back after 3 calls with messages left. I won’t be returning.

My eye glasses prescription does not have the prism I have been given the last 6 years and I was charged for contact lens fitting I did not get. I have tried to call 3 times and left messages but have not been called back.

Entered a big beautiful office, in Palm Harbor. Michelle in reception was kind and professional despite how busy she was. Jessica called me in and did quite a bit of testing. I waited a few minutes in the waiting area while dilating. Bea then took me to the exam room where I waited 5 minutes before Dr. Menosky entered. He was good, knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Took my $200.00 for a MEASUREMENT OF MY EYE FOR CATARACT SURGERY. i HAVE 5 CALLS IN AND NO RETURN CALLS BACK TO SCHEDULE MY SURGERY. DROP THESE PEOPLE!! I BELIEVE THIS IS FRAUD!
