very shady practice. they will schedule you for a follow up appointment for a blood draw appointment you couldn't make just so they can charge you for 2 missed appointments. Will not be using them for anything in the future.

Just wanted to schedule an appointment... On hold for 15 minutes, then a recording comes on to leave a message... Guess they just don't care about their customers.. ZERO STARS IF I COULD GIVE IT!! Go somewhere else.. This isn't the first time, more likely 3 or 4th.... Maybe you'll have better luck..
