I have been trying to get a verbal contact for the next steps in the process for a while now. Decided to start from scratch and resubmit a 2nd request. I received the generic emails, waited 3 days beyond the 7 day suggested waiting period and still nothing. Sent a very gentle email requesting guidance and was greeted by a Stephanie with an extremely dry and unwelcoming connotation. She rudely informed me that she never received my initial faxed documents from the first request. Ok, great. An earlier phone call or follow up email could have easily solved that but, ok. Overlooking her passive aggressive communication I send another detailed and cheerful email and the response from Stephanie was dry and yet again unwelcoming. I live over 100 miles from this practice. It was a strong consideration but this interaction has altered my desire to have these people care for me. In this day and age, client care, service, and communication makes or breaks a company. Don’t forget the consumer is whom you need to succeed. Disappointing but a harsh reality.

I’ve had my tubes tied, cut , burned, 12 years ago in 2009. I was interested in reversing my tubes, which I did in February 2020. I’m very happy and excited to say it worked with god on my side. Thank you to DR. Sánchez and staff .

I had my Tubal reversal done with Mark Sanchez MD on 2012. I never had the chance to thanks 🙏 the doctor and staff. They were really amazing, caring and profesional through my whole process since I was so scared of this procedure after 3 kids and tubal ligation and a crazy divorced. I can said I am a proud mom of two other beautiful Children age 7 and 4. I had recommended this doctor to a couple of friends that ask me how did I get pregnant again and then two were successful on their procedure as well.. Thank you so much Tubal reversal expert and team. It took me a while to give you guys proper review and thank you and that was because another friend ask me where did I had my reversal done. Better late than never with this review.. Dr Mark Sanches is the best… ❤️❤️❤️I will definitely recommend this facility.

I decide to get a tubal reversal because I want to have more kids. I look up this place was scare at first because a lot of scams but they answer all my questions. I pay n got my surgery date n had my procedure n it been a week since I got it done. I have pain the first couple of days n now experienced more discomfort . I want to thank the nurse n definitely the doctor that did my surgery Mark S. The staff was very nice, polite n made me feel welcomed . THANK U GUYS!!!!!
