Very efficient doctors and staff
The best care! I highly recommend Dr McCanse!!
Waited over an hour doctor saw me less than a minute said he doesnt know try a cream. didn't go to a specialist for I don't know
As a yearly patient of Dr. McCanse, he always provides me with updates on my medical condition and explains what has remained the same, changed or what is new. He takes time to make certain that I totally understand my condition.
This guy ruined my life. I went to see him about uti type symptoms, and he prescribed me antibiotics without even finding anything in the tests. I went from a uti problem to possibly having Crohn's disease, or ulcerative colitis. I was perfectly healthy before this useless came into my life.
He was very friendly and professional and listened to what I have to say. He then explained to me the approach that we needed to take to try and determine what the issue could be. He did name some of the possible treatments that I might be avilable to me. I was pleased and put at ease about figuring out what my specific condition might be.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Dr Mccanse Saved my Life! Not only is he a Fantastic Surgeon , he has a great Sense of Humor that made me feel more at ease about my Surgery. He removed my left kidney due to cancer, and part of my Bladder. I was feeling great by week #3. Nobody likes going to Doctor, but he deserves a better rating than what is here. I am alive, and here with my Wife and Kids because of him and his staff. My Nurse that removed my staples was amazing also, and was very kind to my Wife and I. You are in good hands with this Man!
He took a catheter out of my 86 year old mother that had been in for a month and said see you in 4 weeks. No testing, no orders for home health. My mothers bladder is not working properly and has been battling a UTI. She went here because they are supposedly specialists and ended up in the ER that night and is still in the hospital 3 days later. I do not recommend. The Dr only saw her long enough to remove the catheter.
I saw this doctor for a total of 2 minutes.he looked at some images from my scan and told me I have kidney cancer.he was very rude and would not answer any questions.very hostile pretty much told me to get it through my head.im not giving you any pain medication.i was diagnosed with pancreas cancer.charged me 271. For 2 minutes of his abusive treatment toward me..this guy is a real jerk.
Dr McCanse is great, always makes sure I understand the situation and answers any questions I may have. The negative - office staff. Was told I would be called to schedule surgery, 2 weeks later I had not received any calls. I finally call myself and after waiting on hold for well over 20 mins, get someone and get forwarded to scheduler and get vm. Long story short, did get surgery scheduled and it went fine but seems there was a disconnect with what Dr McCanse says and office staff. Surgery ended up being on something cancerous and time was important so the delay was not helpful.Had an appt Dr McCanse for something on a Friday, was told the prescription needed would be called in to my pharmacy. I was standing right there when he told the office staff member. Turns out prescription was never called in. Spent 20 mins on hold (again) this morning to try to get this resolved. Person didn't know what the prescription was or if it was even in the system but would only forward a message to the prescription person.I have more to share but like Dr McCanse so am keeping some things out of here. Good doctor but the saying that one needs to be their own advocate definitely applies here based on my experience and office staff seems to have too much going on and can't handle the workload
