I wish they take medicine care they think people have money 💵 💰
Extremely upset. I have been an established patient at this practice for 11 years. I recently went in for a 20 week ultrasound, and they refused to see me because I was not current on my payments for future services. I explained that we could make a payment that evening when we got home (my husband had forgotten his debit card). They still refused and told me I would have to reschedule. They did this by calling my husband and I into an office after we had shown up for the appointment. I have never felt so disrespected. I have had two babies with this practice. I was never told at the time of scheduling that they wouldn’t be able to see me if I didn’t bring my account current. We drove 45 minutes just to come to this practice only to be turned away. On top of that….they made the poor, sweet, sonographer we were supposed to be seeing give me the bad news. It is obvious that this practice cares more about receiving their payments (for services not yet received) than they do about their patients well being. I find it absolutely disgusting that they would turn away an established, 3rd time, OB patient that was having some health concerns all because they hadn’t paid their deductible yet.
They use to have a good doctor but not anymore. They will ask you to pay a delivery fee Without having the baby in your arms, for me is the first time to hear that. I was telling the girl this is crazy how can I pay in front for something when the doctor's have not done the job. And she was saying this is how we work.i will not recommend non of my friends place like this.
I have has surgery, regular exams, pellet insertions, and I go to the weight loss clinic. Every experience has been perfect! Dr.McCance, Adriana, and Sonja are wonderful! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you women's care for your thoughtful and thorough care!
Best place ,staff, and amazing doctors . I was first time mom with lots of worries and questions and the birth of my baby boy couldn't have been more amazing . Thank u
I called to schedule my first visit since i recently got a positive and being a first time mom i wanted to schedule as soon as possible to confirm with a blood test and any other test i may need because I am anemic and wanted to make sure i wasn’t low on anything. After being on hols for 20 mins and being hung up múltiple times i finally got someone on the line and asked how many test I have taken and after i told her about 10 or so, she said that would be confirmation enough no need to do a blood test and that they will schedule an apt at 12 weeks because baby wont be seen in a sonogram, i asked about blood work and they told me that was not necessary early on????? Im a first time mom so after breaking the news to my mom she told me i was misinformed and schedule else where a apt in 2 days
The Doctors and Nurses are great. The Receptionists are disrespectful and rude. Every time my wife calls to speak with them, for one reason or another, the Receptionist will make my wife upset... which then trickles down to affecting our entire family. I can see from other reviews that my wife is not alone with this experience.*Please send your Receptionists through Customer Service courses*
Apparently postpartum depression is not a high concern on their list. I called to have my anxiety prescription refilled (that my OB put me on) and was told that I needed to find a primary care doctor if I wanted a refill. So now I will abruptly be pulled off of a medication I have relied on for almost a year, until I can find a primary care doctor. Honestly disgusting and any doctor or clinic should be absolutely ashamed of themselves to do such a thing with the amount of women struggling with postpartum.
It is impossible to talk to a professional in a timely manner here. Messaging through the app is slow, I’ll call the office and get hung up on after 20+ minutes on hold, and no one ever answers the triage line. When you leave a message on the triage line, it says they HOPE to return your call the same day. 🤨 I now understand why the reviews are so bad and I’m nervous to go through my first labor experience with this OB practice.
Poor communication and very stressful experience. I walked out of my appointment today and will never go back. I have never had such crap Customer service. I’m from MN and you only pay what insurance doesn’t cover so this Florida way of business is all new to me. Why do we pay $200-$300 for services that insurance covers at 100% with no out of pockets due from me. 😜 I’m not sure how anyone can trust a place that is so clearly disorganized to manage their health care? And where do these extra charges and fees come from? 🤔 I want in on this scam!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
