I was miserable when I went to see him. Some of my medical conditions were overlooked or ignored by other MDs over time. Dr. Teran was the ONLY one, who paid attention to my concerns and issues! Thank God for him. He has ordered the right tests, referred me to the right specialists and followed up with me. Also, I have to mention that his staff is not overworked and overwhelmed like at the other Dr's offices, therefore they have time to pay attention to what they do, listen, explain things to you and return your calls in a timely manner.

I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Teran based on reviews on the website. I scheduled my appt, gave Sonia my insurance information and took time off work to attend my appt. Appt day, I was already in the office, filling out paperwork and Sonia tells me my insurance is not accepted. 3 weeks to verify my insurance... This review is not for the Dr. I did not get to see him, but for the horrible and disrespectful. Customer/patient service, zero.

Have been going to Dr. Teran for several years now. He takes time to listen, explain and always has has a compassionate ear. In my 60 years I have never had a Dr. That is so genuine, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. I trust him completely and he sees my entire family. I selfishly want to keep him all to myself but cannot deny the world such a wonderful physician.

Dr. Teran was thoughtful in his taking of my medical history (new patient). He provided me referral information on other specialist. His office even set-up the referrals with the other specialist! I am impressed. I have already recommended Dr. T. to my wife.
