Dr Victoria has been our Doctor for more 19 years...and three years ago we moved to another state four hours away, but we continued our relationship with Dr Victoria. And most of the staff have been with him almost as long. He does take the time to understand why you think you have problem and responds accordingly. And sometimes you really do …. and that's when he really gets going.....no one will provide better service even when he has referred you to another doctor...he stays in touch 10 - 10 - 10. The staff is really good ! We all have favorites and Shelly is our.

Doctor Victoria is one of a kind. Most competent, compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. His staff is exactly the same. When you call or visit the office, you are family. If you have a problem or concern, you can call them and they will give you advice, answer questions and find a way to help you, even if that means bringing you into the office on short notice to address the issue. Shelly, Barbara and Jenny been with him for years and they just take care of you like you are their family. Even newer staff seem to adapt quickly to the total care concept.

Absolutely outstanding in every way. Treats you like family. Takes the necessary time to provide first class preventive care and treatment when diagnosis has been made in all situations. Kind, compassionate and thorough. Always has time whether you have appointment or you need to be seen in between appointments. He is one in a million among primary care providers. His nurse assistant, Barbara, and his primary staff members, Shelley, JJ, and Jenny are cut from the same mold.... great.

Great doctor. Terrific preventive care and thorough, caring when treating you for specific illness. Kind, compassionate and always takes time to ensure you get the best care possible. Dr. Victoria is great and the staff even better but he has added a new doctor who I personally believe spends to much time on the computer instead of interacting with me as a patient
