Dr Alka was so nice and quick. I needed a procedure done and I expressed my concerns and she took great care and tended to my needs. Jamie was my nurse that called me in and was so sweet and made me very calm. She listened to my concerns as well and reassured me that Dr Alka would do what she can to help me. Thank you ladies. I really appreciated it. The office was exceptionally clean with social distancing and masks all being worn by all the staff. I am a new patient here and they were able to squeeze me in. I would highly recommend Lake America as a primary.

I've been seeing Dr. Alka Aggarwal for more than 2 years. The wait times are short and she will spend time with you in the exam room, but I find her bedside manner to be poor. At every appointment she has been terribly condescending about my opinions or lifestyle, including things unrelated to my health. If I had questions she'd answer them curtly with no further discussion or elaboration. Her nutritional recommendations during 2 of my last 3 appointments were contradictory and confusing. I've never walked out of my appointments feeling great about the visit but the final straw was when I walked out of my last appointment feeling like my concerns were marginalized or ignored entirely. I sought a second opinion with another physician and it was a vastly different experience. The second physician ran a diagnostic test to rule out my concerns and explained her thought process and treatment plan thoroughly. Most importantly, I was listened to and not patronized.

Very bad experience. I don't know what is going on but today Dr. Alka was very rude and screaming like a uneducated. Dr Amit is great person very kind but his wife Dr Alka is very rude. patient comes to your office to ease their pain and to be feel good when you treat elderly people with rudeness is very sad.

Since my husband and I have been seeing Doctor Alka we are more positive about ourselves and Doctor Alka really listens when we need advise. We both recommend Doctor Alka and her staff 100%.

I have been going to Dr. Aggarwal for over 2 years and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Dr. Her staff has gone above and beyond to help me and they always make sure I have all the information and anything else I need. My wait time has never been longer than 10 minutes and a lot of times less than that. Dr. Aggarwal herself will take her time and answer any questions I have. She never hurries through the exam.

My husband and I have been coming to see Dr.'s Aggarwal, since we move to Florida in 2016. We have had good experiences. They have given their full attention to our medical needs. We are very pleased with the care we receive.
