Decided to use her profession as a pediatrician as cause to post inaccurate information about our local business without providing any medical support nor any rationale explaining the relevance. Apparently did so out of spite and contempt. Very unprofessional. Upon reviewing this, they then attempted to slickly remove all references to their work as a local pediatrician from the offending subject matter. However, it had already been screenshot and saved.

We have been to Dr. Otero since my first child was born. He is 12 now. She has been instrumental in helping us deal with his needs. She also sees our 5 year old. We are so appreciative for all that she and her staff does for our family.

Aplus is definitely an A plus for me in terms of their service and staff. I have been a client there since 2011 and can’t say enough about them. Dr. Otero is my favourite and the other doctors are also excellent.

Have been going to this office going on 5 years, Dr Otero and the staff are amazing with both my kids. Wait time is never too long and, the most important part is they remember my kids. Very clean and comforting atmosphere, i would highly recommend this office.

I have been taking both of my children to see Dr. Otero since they were born. The staff is great and always make sure you have an appointment on the same in case my kids are sick. Dr. Otero is a an extremely caring and knowledgeable doctor. She always takes her time to talk to us and we never feel like she is rushing. Also, I have never waited for more than 10 minutes to be seen.

Dr. Otero is hands down one of the best pediatricians in Central Florida. She is knowledgeable, kind, honest and really cares about the well-being of children. She is humble enough to make referrals to specialists when necessary, but very capable of making complex diagnoses and managing complicated medical issues. Her staff is quick to respond to requests and they are very transparent in their operations. The newest PA, Claudia, is also excellent. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician for my kids.
