Always very prompt to see me. Never wait more than 15 minutes. Very caring and compassionate. I wouldn’t change primary doctors.

Where do I start. I have an elderly mother who suffers with various pains in her body. This doctor instead of giving her a solution, she was very unprofessional and rude to her and did nothing to assist her. Dr. Oliver to me is worth 2 craps in my book. I am making sure that my mom changes insurances so that she can go back to her previous doctor who has a heart and would never treat my mom as if she was just another $ sign instead of a human. Get a heart and treat your patients with care & respect, your patients deserve at least that!

No bones about it, Dr. Oliver and her staff saved my life! There are so many 5☆ things I can say about Dr. Oliver and her staff like how they treat EVERYONE with dignity and respect, are always considerate about your situation, office is always clean, Kitty and the rest of the staff are kind and professional....on and on The thing I like the most is that Dr. Oliver keeps her oath. She is a healer. And, she will personally call you for important things. Thank you, Dr. Oliver and staff!!

I think Dr. Oliver is the best. When she moved from Leesburg to Clermont, I transferred to her Clermont office even though I live in Leesburg. She is always there when I need her. She takes time to listen to what I have to say and always follows up with me. She is great and I would recommend anyone to see her!

She is my husband's doctor. Had to take my husband to see her without an appointment. He did not have to wait long and she was quick to see him due to the nature of his problem and provided him with the care he needed. She is very thorough and always ensures that her patients are provided with the best care possible.

I don't have to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointment. She always answers any questions that I have at the time of my appointment. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wouldn't listen to that other 1 star review. Many insurances require for you to Update your PCP and get a new ID card stating such prior to coverage for a new Apt. I'm sure you could have went without such information... but the practice was kind enough to try to save you some money by letting you know the steps you needed to take for insurance to cover your PCP visits, rather than just billing you like most would have done.

She has been very patient with my concerns. She and her staff have excellent follow up. Her patients are older so if they need the extra time I find it comforting as she give all her patients the extra time if needed. Including myself.

I have never waited for more than 15 minutes when going for my appointments. She takes her time and really talks and explains things to me. I am very pleased with the quality of medical care I receive at her office.

Excellent Provider, listens to what you have going on, treats you with respect. Treats your conditions accordingly. Staff is exceptional. Recommended her to many. Wish I would have found her sooner.
