The nurses and doctor (or PA) were very pleasant and took the time to listen to my concerns fully and answer my many questions completely. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I was pleasantly surprised that I was given such respect as a patient there. Definitely the first time I didn’t feel rushed at an urgent care clinic. Very grateful.

I walked in on a Sunday morning and was greeted with a smile thank you for choosing us, the inside was extremely clean very professional, I only had to wait a very short time to see a doctor, the entire experience was a pleasure and I have told all my friends and will spread the word to use this wonderful facility.

Labor Day most of the urgent care where close.But not this one.I was able to book online from my Celphone and no more stress. I showed up, with my son to do the Covid test so he can be back to school the next day. And the customer service was amazing the gentleman with the name that started with the letter C that was at the counter helped me filled the last details from the tablet, that I couldn't see without my glasses. And then minutes later the nurse called me threw my Celphone. I asked her too, that I had my teenager that was going to be tested now, but I have my two little ones with me too, if that was OK to come in.And she said: yes! No problem.I was so scared and worried because my 15 years old was a minor and I was only adult and my two babies but we were all able to come inside the room, the nurse was so amazing, she did the swab test through the nose to my son minutes later the doctor showed up and gave us a paper and said to wait one or two days or three for the results and really it took only two days, to get the results. Thank you Care spot urgent care for your amazing service 100% recommend it!
