Bad experience with Dr Couts. She diagnosed me with bipolar when what I have is C-PTSD. She prescribed meds that have caused tartive dyskinesia. My life is in ruins.

My family has has left multiple messages for Dr. Couts about serious medication issues. She never even returned the calls. Very disappointing.

Was misdiagnosed with bi-polar and prescribed among others Zyprexa. After 6 years came down with severe akathisia followed by chronic Tartive dyskinesia. It has ruined my life.

Too bad she left Lifestream. What a wonderful doctor she is. I wished I knew where she went. Was told she retired. A very caring doctor. I guess the company she worked for gave her too many patients and she was not given the help needed. Shame on Lifestream!!

The most unprofessional Dr I have ever had the misfortune of coming upon. Moved here, made an appt.for med mngmt and she wrote script for 30 tabs instead of 60, (which I have been taking 7 years!) I have called her office 7x in TWO weeks with no response. I was going to start withdrawal soon and she couldn't be bothered to answer until I started calling Admin, Dr Managers, whomever to help me at Lifestream. I spoke with a Judy Carter, so nice! She got my script called in 4 hrs later! stay away

Dr Carol Couts is a phenomenal doctor. Her approach was met with sensitivity, empathy, compassion and such care as I was enduring the hardest times of my life. She is a miracle and I am so thankful to have found her.

Always a super long wait. Never on time ever. Follow up is non existent. I ran out of medicine and placed no less than 4 calls to her office and the pharmacy did as well. Never responded.
