Cora Physical Therapy Clermont's Online Review Report Card

the therapists here are great, i mostly worked with drew and he was wonderful. the only problem is the over booking. each therapist has 2-4 patients at a time and it’s impossible for them to give everyone the attention they probably need. it’s like a server running around when they have too many tables. if they didn’t over book everyone this place would be way better.

My doctor prescribed some physical therapy for an issue am having with my leg. Being an amputee I stopped by instead of calling in hopes of finding out what that therapy may entail. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist upon entering the facility. This young ladies name was Melva, who listened to my story the pulled up details about my situation. It was refreshing to encounter someone who was so pleasant and professional in this day and age. As far as I'm concerned she went above and beyond in providing me details regarding my situation. Cora is very lucky to have her as an employee and is an asset to their company!

I recently had surgery on my ankle and was referred to Cora for therapy. I have had pt previously at another facility, but, this is the experience of my lifetime. I had the pleasure of working with Drew, Meagan, and Ben. They all were great. There presentation and personality readily let me know I was in the right place. They always made me feel like I was important to them. By the way; the ladies at the front desk were also very nice. I hope I will never have to have p t again, but, if I had to I will always choose Cora on Seaver Oakley Dr.. They’re the best.

I was forced to pay for my first five sessions even though I knew my insurance would pay the claims at 100%. They ended up taking $468 of my money before they finally realized and admitted my insurance was paying the claims in full. I have been waiting for a refund since May for the $468 and it is now September 1st. That is totally unacceptable. There have been numerous calls to their billing office to no avail. All I receive is excuses. They are holding my money hostage - money that I never owed to begin with.

Ghetto and crowded location. Expect the front ladies to talk about you. Rude and unprofessional

I have received great help in getting my broken wrist on the road to recovery. This is a very busy place with lots of activity, yet you don't feel lost in the crowd! Thanks Christine!!

What a great group of energetic, professional, and kind therapists and staff! I’ve worked with Alexa, Drew, Brenda, Benjamin and Megan! They are caring and thorough! The front desk of Melva and Mariah always greet me, and go out of their way to make my appointments! Thanks guys!! I know I’m in good hands!

I am very glad that I found CORA Physical Therapy Located in Clermont 1500 Oakley Seaver Dr. The team is excellent. I especially want to note the physical therapists: Benjamin, Brenda, Megan and Drew. Also people that work on the desk Мelva and Christina They are very friendly, responsibly approach their work. They work with high skillfully, excellent organization. Everyone is approached individually. They help to quickly recover after my operation. The place is very clean. Thank you so much for your work!!!!! PS I have the opportunity to compare with 2 other offices in which I have been.

The therapists are wonderful but I did not have the best experience. After two great appointments I showed up at my 3rd apt and was sharing a physical therapist with another person. It was their first visit so she kept telling me to do stretches I had already done from previous appointments and I was basically left by myself. I felt like a bother and was just doing what I would have done at home. I paid a $65 dollar copay for each appointment. I felt SO bad for the therapist because she was running around so stressed out. I also heard another therapist tell her she had two more the next hour. So they clearly over schedule and make their employees work harder which is ridiculous. I pay for one on one care and it's just not what I got. I hope this comment is looked into and they only schedule one therapist per paying customer. I would have GLADLY scheduled my appointment at another time to have personal help. I'm in a lot of pain and felt like I was just not a priority.

The employees have a really happy energy positive disposition it’s the perfect environment to recover to rehabilitate to get yourself back on your feet!
