Not posting anything someone else hasn't already posted. Zero concern for patients time. When I said something they said the doctor tends to run over. Then fix your scheduling. I came for my appointment at 9:30a, came 15 minutes before as requested, and was not called back until an hour later. Then proceeded to sit in that room for another half hour. I walked out and asked for a refund on my co-pay. I got, here is your refund, sorry about that.

Gary Kalser has been great for our family. We have seen him for the past 20 years!

It Sucked Very long waiting to see him Not Friendly And Doesn`t seem to want to explain anything he just said he couldnt see anything i told him but i really feel not normal and bad he said well i am sorry but i cant help how you feel Also i was prescribed Two medicines he said i should be able to get them by the end of the day the pharmacy was almost an hour away.. i had to go 5 times and i only got the medicine after two weeks because it wasnt showing even in their system that he prescribed it.

Started off with over an hour wait from my appointment time. From that point is was rush me in and rush me out. Doctor explained NOTHING to me...what he was doing why he was doing it referring me to other procedures but not telling me why. No bedside manner whatsoever. Wont go back.

upset!.. The first time that my father attended this doctor appointment, since it was the one that the insurance assigned him close to our location in advance. The day of the appointment arrived, and my father is on time at the doctor's OFFICE after be there a few minutes later, to his amazement, They tell my father that they will not be able to attend him for reasons that it supposed they did not have a system or light or who knows, however there were other patients who were attending there and having their appointments. Automatically they cancelled his appointment and told him they will be calling him next week to resume the appointment . Not even they scheduled a day sooner due the snub they did.. You know what Forget it!!.. We cannot trust in anybody that don't care wasting people time.Lack of professionalism on the part of the staff who do not have the detail to notify the cancelation in advance like I said wasting our time .. Definitely a total lack of professionalism. My father will be attending another urologist!! Zero stars for this staff!

I have had very unpleasant experience with this practice. They certainly do not respect patients time. Each time I went I waited over two hours. The doctors bedside manners are terrible. Having a doctor come into the room to meet with you and not be familiar with your chart or your history is simply unacceptable. Wrong information in my chart not prescribing the proper medication not being explained or educated on the medical procedure that I was about to undergo not it’s recovery process. I was in so much pain after my procedure and I found myself googling to figure out if the excruciating pain was normal I was never told of the pain therefore I was scared I though something had gone wrong. Not spending time with the patient or caring to really listen to their need is poor patient care. I felt like a number in this place. Just so disappointed and saddened. The medical profession is such a privilege such an amazing gift to the world and to have doctors just not care is terrible.There were very pleasant support staff.

My third visit was the worst one in terms of time and way I was treated. After being taken to exam room and prepped for procedure, I was left on the exam table with my feet in the stirrups, unable to get down or move for one hour!!! After 45 minutes an assistant walked in to tell me know doctor would be in shortly, which was 15 minutes later. Painful, and I think unnecessary procedure, took another 15. In short I could barely walk and my back still hurts. They should never have done this to an 88 year old patient. Outrageous!! Will report it to Company's administration.

Orlando Health Urology Does Not Respect Patients Time. It is obvious the Orlando Health Urology Office does not respect patients time. My appointment was at 310 today. I was brought back to the room at 320 and waited till 425 with no Dr visit. An hour and 20 minutes late is ridiculous. I promptly left at 430 and got my money back. I would rather spend a higher copay on an office that respects my time.
