I was a walk-in after an accident and Narissa arranged for me to speak with Chris who answered all my questions regarding my accident and the services Complete Care can provide. I felt very confident about receiving treatment. Xray imaging was available on-site. A huge time saver! Narissa set up my appointments and always cheerfully greeted me by first name and asked how I was feeling. Very professional. KJ inquired about my level of pain each visit and provided a different set of excersizes accordingly. He was very patient when being asked questions. Jessica constantly checked on me and made sure I was performing each excersize safely. She is a great listener. Dr. Neuhring was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Her adjustments were some of the best I have ever had and my Dad is a Chiropractor! I am feeling 100 percent at the end of my therapy period. I highly recommend this practice if you need to begin your road to recovery!

WHEN FACED WITH THE TRAUMA AND PAIN FROM A CAR WRECK. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET YOU BACK TO NORMAL. CHRIS THE OFFICE MANAGER RUNS THE OFFICE AND IS ALWAYS IN CONTACT WHILE ON THE FLOOR WITH PATIENTS. NARISSA THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR IS ON POINT. WHEN IT COMES TO SCHEDULING SHE WORKS WITH YOU AND AROUND ANY SCHEDULING ISSUES. K.J HANDLES THE FLOOR EXCERCISES AND HELPS YOU GET STRONGER AND BETTER. JESSICA ALSO ASSIST WITH THE EXCERCISES. DR. NEUHRING HAS MASTER HANDS AND TWEAKS YOU BACK TO CORRETNESS. ALL IN ALL WHEN ATTEMPTING TO GET BACK TO PRE WRECK NORMAL THIS IS THE PLACE TO HELP YOU GET THERE.

Amazing staff! Friendly and knowledgeable. Narissa is so helpful and is great at keeping me informed. K.J. is responsive to how I'm feeling, and tailors my therapies to my needs. Dr. Welch has the magic touch. She gets results while being as gentle as possible. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and care.

The staff is wonderful especially...Narissa, K.J., Chris, Dr. Neubring and Sergeant. This is my second time using IPM and they are so professional and personable. They make doing therapy fun!! I have a lot of confidence in their ability to get me back to 100% before my car accident.

This Office is AMAZING. The staff is Awesome. Narissa, as soon as you walk through the door, she greets you with a smile. KJ's skills and knowledge of what is needed to treat the area, OUTSTANDING. On the first day of my visit, Chris went over and beyond to help me understand and get me through the blink moments, and Dr. Neuhring, DOCTOR OF THE YEAR, will locate those nagging areas before you can say a word. She knows her stuff. JUST A Warm and WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE
