Horrible customer service!!! I can't ever get a hold of anyone when I call. They have had me on a back and forth with my insurance to get an approval for almost a year... Still haven't gotten anywhere. The receptionists are super rude and don't really care to help you. The doctor knows what she is talking about, but won't even give me a temporary solution for my condition without getting all these labs done that I can't get approved. So my condition is just getting worse. If this wasn't the only specialist around to treat Lymphedema, I wouldn't even bother with them anymore. Sad that a very knowledgeable doctor is so hard to get treatment from.

BEWARE This practice over charges with insurance and Bills for consultations that did not happen. I had my first appointment with Dr Correa and was charged $60 above my insurance co pay. I had a Follow up appointment 1 week later, the Doctor did not turn up. I was left waiting in the consultation room for over an hour when the receptionist came to tell me the Dr was not in the building today and was unavailable for a video call. She presented me with a bill of $113 for sitting in an empty room alone for an hour. When I asked what the bill was for I was told for the Drs visit! At no point did I see or speak to a Dr or a nurse. I have been advised to pay the bill or it will go to Collection. Needless to say I will be taking this up with my insurance company and will not be going back. Please anyone visiting this practice be careful with their charging!

Bad experience. Was left in the consulting room for over an hour. The Doctor did not show up or do a video call. The only person i saw was a rude front desk receptionist who presented me with a bill for seeing the Doctor, who I never saw or spoke to!

My visits are always positive and encouraging. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about not only me but my reasons for seeing the doctor there.

Dr. Correa-Perez is such a kind and beautiful person. Her office staff is the best. I can't believe how compassionate she is. Dr. Correa always takes her time and listens to you abouabout all your problems. She treats the whole person.

Always a very good experience the girls at the office are always smiling and talkative and I love that. Dr. Correa is a very strict dr but knows her thing and if you follow her recommendations you will find a relieve to your pains or at least lower the pain level. They are fantastic. Will recommend to anyone that needs this type of service.

My Doctor is perfect. She stays informed of the latest scientific discoveries and I was so relieved to know she was aware and knowledgeable of Lyme disease. I wish I could have found her sooner. The staff is excellent.
