The staff are always courteous, the waiting time is reasonable. The doctors, NPs, PAs, and nurses are professional and friendly. No one likes being sick, but when we do I'm glad we have MD Now closed by. The reason why we take 1 star off is because they don't have X-ray tech all the time, and tell us to come back when the X-ray tech is available. When we come back for the Xray, they charge us for another visit fee. I think when the X-ray is part of the diagnosis, and the tech is not available during visit. Then the 2nd visit just for the X-ray should be free.
