All the office staff was very pleasant. I saw Suzanne NP. She listened to all my concerns and was very helpful.

I really appreciate the doctor and everyone in his staff in both location Tavares and clermontThey are so helpful and flexible with appointmentThey respond fast and they always get me an appointment when I need it as soon specially with my autistic daughter who can’t tolerate waiting and has some behaviorThey deal very nicely and completely understanding

I have been with Dr. Afzal for about five years now. He is the best doctor I've ever had, and unfortunately, I have had to see a ton of different doctor over the past twelve years. He is extremely intelligent, he listens, he cares, and he has always been willing to do everything within his power to help me. I would recommend this doctor to absolutely anyone.

My daughter is 10 and she has been seeing Dr Afzal since she was 4 days old. I have never had a problem getting her in the same day if she's sick. I don't even have a huge problem with all the different PA's we've had over the yrs...BUT THIS...I am a little upset about being charged a refraction fee (which is an ophthalmologist charge) of $75.First off, it was an annual exam, so it was part of their test and should've been included in the almost $800 charge they submitted to my insurance ANDSecond, they took her in the hall and had her read letters on a chart... $75 for a 3 SECOND test. Not happy and will be calling on Monday as soon as they open!

I drive almost 40 minutes to get here for my two teenagers. It's the only place I trust to take my kids. They feel comfortable here. The staff treats us like family. They know who I am when I call, & are so sweet when we come in. Stacy Testa (PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT) is the best. My daughter has extreme social anxiety, & Ms.Testa is the only Dr. she feels safe with. The staff as well. They are so understanding & compassionate. I absolutely recommend this Dr's office to anyone with kids.

wonderful place

For one the front office staff are rude. Last time I was there with my girlfriend the doctor yelled and scolded us. All she needed was a refill but he did not want to accept that or he didnt understand because the first time we had gone to see him he was on his phone the entire time. I also dislike the fact that if you dont pay you wont be seen. Times are rough yes she have insurance but sometimes like this time she didnt have enough for copay. They wont accept a down payment its full or nothing. Basically unwelcoming and cold hearted. The complete opposite of what a doctor and his staff should b like. He is obviously more concerned with money then anyones health.

Our family appreciates all that Dr.Afzal and his staff does for us each and everyday. 10 years of EXCELLENT service. I also have a daughter with special needs and Dr. Afzal has stood by her every step of the way even if she bitscratched etc he provided respect and empathy and true professionalism.to our daughter and now she does not have an behaviors like that anymore thank goodness My daughter says few words but she can say Dr. Afzal =. I want to share that if it was not for his practice I would be lost. Thank you for being an amazing DR.
