I stopped by the office because of some promotion that they were offering at the time, and thought “it’s just like every other dentist office , might as well get a discount off it.” I was amazed with Dr. Vu! Mind you, I only came in for a check-up/cleaning. Dr. Vu took so good care of my teeth! She check every single tooth. I never had a dentist that was so thorough! The other dentists just rush through my mouth. After the check-up, Dr. Vu informed me that I had a cavity and she could give me a filling. I hesitated because I was only here for the promotion and did not want to spend any money. Dr. Vu saw my concern and explained to me the important of getting the filling. She was tough but very caring in her delivery. She even gave me another discount and helped with my payment plan. Overall, I had the best experience with Dr. Vu and the office. I recommend this office 100%!! Dr. Vu is tough in her speech but she definitely cares about me and the hearth of my teeth!!! BEST DENTIST EVER!!

I went to Dr. Vu at Clermont Smiles dental office for a general cleaning of my teeth which would be covered by my dental insurance. After my examination, she informed me that I needed a deep cleaning, which would cost me over $300.00 more out of pocket. I told her I didn't have the money and to just do a general cleaning that was covered by my insurance. She refused to do the general cleaning at my request. I felt like she was trying to get more money out of me by not giving me a general cleaning. I was shocked that a medical professional was refusing me routine treatment because I would not submit to a higher treatment plan. I have been to other dental offices and I was told that I needed a deep cleaning, but when I declined, I was given the general cleaning that I asked for. I feel a general cleaning is better than no cleaning at all.
