List of Optical Outlets's Reviews
Absolutely horrible experience. Had an appointment today (3/16). Walk in and give the person at the front desk my name. She confirms my phone number and says that the doctor cancelled my appointment and I was called on 3/11. I look at my phone and see no voicemail from 3/11. She says that there was no voicemail available and that’s when I knew she was lying. I’m not a very popular person so my voicemail does not get full. Anyway, so I ask if there was a follow up attempt and she said no. So, when I make an appointment I get a confirmation email and text, but when THE DOCTOR cancels on you the only form of communication is an alleged phone call. Absolutely no empathy from the girl at the front desk. She did not even try. Didn’t even ask if I’d like to reschedule. Awful experience and will never go back.

Don’t go there , they practically robbed me of my money. The prescription was wrong, they tried to fixed it , it took three visits of testing and finally they returned the money to the insurance company. They told me they couldn’t keep on trying. Such an Excellent costumer service!! Finally I lost my glasses!! Not fair for a 65 years old person that lives on the SS.
I love optical outlets it’s the best eye doctor ever
This optometrist has a great setup. Very thorough doctor (Dr. Emily Halon), all the technicians were very friendly. Other techs than mine even voted when I couldn’t decide on frames. Everyone that helped me was in a good mood. It is so nice to be in an environment where others are upbeat. General manager has a good store here. I ended up rewriting this (previously negative) review because I did indeed make an appointment and visit the establishment. Glad I did. Thanks all.
I literally had the most pleasant, quickest experience here. The other reviews are shocking and made me nervous to go here, but I promise you’re safe!
Horrible manager and supervisor thank God for corporate people otherwise I would’ve left high and dry with a pair of glasses that they broke the manager is the most UNPROFESSIONAL thing I have ever had to deal with and very devious
Dr. Exposito was amazing, she took her time to figure out my blurry vision.
Went for an exam and ordered reading glasses. Notified me the next week they were in. Could not read anything with them, saw 2 or 3 or every word. The advisor said the prescription may be to high they will adjust. Notified a week later they the glasses were back , still could not read with them. Scheduled another eye exam. Was Notified the next week glasses were in , decided to wait till my eye exam schedule to go in. This time I could still notvread with them , I asked what the prescription was . I was told 3.75 , they had me come in 3 times to try the same pair of glasses on. Another eye exam , glasses came in , still could not read with them. I can read with my 3.75 Dollar General glasses.
I got the impression that the person that I was talking to about what kind of glasses I want work on commission! I could tell she got upset when I told her I just want what my insurance covered!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
