I set an appointment to see my Doctor, and to my surprise the nurse practioner walked in. She was rude, and when I did not agree with her she gave me dirty looks. I never agreeded to see her when setting up my appointment. If I am paying to see my Doctor. I want to see my Doctor. I called today to ask questions,the Doctor's nurse must of had me confused with another person saying you dont want to wind back up in the hospital. I told her I have never been in the hospital for my heart condition. when I questioned her on it she became annoyed. I really like my Doctor, but his staff is very nasty, rude ,and unhelpful

I've been a patientfor over a decade. I was very pleased with the care they provided until they became affiated with Orlando Health. I'm now looking for a Cardiologist who's not part of Orlando Health.
